Looks like the Knowshon Moreno pick up is turning into a nightmare. Showed up to mini-camp overweight and out of shape. Now dealing with left knee issue that is requiring arthroscopic surgery which will leave him out for at least a month. Happy we avoided him at this point.

Don't forget that Pouncey just had hip surgery and is expected to miss at least 3 months and at least 6 games. Their O-line is going to be terrible, with 5 new starters (including several rookies) trying to figure out how to work together. It's too bad that we don't play them until the season is almost over- it'd be nice if we could have started off the season with some games against them.
To be honest, I don't know. I do remember reading that not many teams were interested, but I wasn't necessarily opposed to it. I thought he could be a good addition with Ivory and Powell, and it turns out we hit a potential homerun with Johnson instead. I wouldn't have been mad at all if we took him on the cheap. Right now, I am happy as hell where we ended up. Chris Johnson and Ivory has the potential of being insane.
I don't get what there is to laugh about. Two of their players got injured, it's not like they got arrested for de-pantsing Donald Trump. The same thing could happen with the Jets.

I agree. I wasn't gloating, just saying that I understand why people do it. I always remember that these are real people. Meanness begets meanness. Never said we should strive to be bad fans. I would be upset. I want him to play long enough that he declines from age, ends up getting pressured to retire, and then plays for another team, or two, like Favre. I want the Jets to beat New England with a healthy yet declining Brady.
