You're talking about the same team that had 2 points in the third quarter last night while LeBron had 19?

You mean the same team that outside of the big three, ranked 26th in production?

Are we discussing the same team here?

Jay- as a Knick fan, how will you feel about him if he somehow finds his way to the Knicks? I mean, assuming you realistically thought that was a possibility.

Or rather, how would you have felt about the Decision if he said he was taking his talents to MSG? A pep rally with his Knick teammates. You were rooting for that, yes?

No I meant 4 years ago. Had he gone to the Knicks in the same way and done the same things, I don't think you guys would be dumping on him like you are now. Because he chose another team over yours.

This is just an observation from afar.

Oh I would have lol I thought that pep rally was fuckin retarded. Granted, I would have let it slide because it was the Knicks, but I would still be sitting here telling you it was retarded

lolololo...Im cracking up by myself here. I mean, I get the guys that love him and defend him. Everyone has..well...a lot of people have that player they will defend to the dying death. The guys talent? Through the roof.

But what I don't understand....and have heard it the media many times, is the criticism of those that hate on the guy. Heard a guy a few days ago saying how his infamous quote "while yes its over..but at least I get to go back to my life and you get to go back to your life" was not taken in its correct portrayal. Huh? The guy basically said I get to go back to all of my fancy cars big homes, money..and you get to go back to your 9-5 job. Now, if you choose to say things like that...that's cool...but people really do not expect many to just hate on the guy? Has ANY professional star ever said things like that? Does that not scream of insecurity?

Lebron losing for me...I mean..I cant explain what it meant to see him on the bench last night after it was over..covering his mouth as he was still bitching about a call. To watch him in the press conference last night...trying so hard to keep up his macho..I just dunked in your face...attitude but still attempting to explain how he just got his ass ripped open 2 times in a row...at home.

Roster? The Heat roster? Ok..lets take for a second it has gone backwards from last year. You just got your throat f'ed for 96 straight minutes..at HOME..in the FINALS.

My true delight is when it looks like its over...about 7 minute's to go..his body language.

Do I think he is good enough to put this team on his back and win game 5? No doubt..he is an animal...it will never take away that while being the best player in the game..he is one of the biggest assholes God ever created.

    Good post.

Barkley said it perfect last night. Lebron can put the team on his back for game 5, but Pop is not gonna let that happen for three games in a row. Two of which are at home

HMMMMM.....JS....GREAT QUESTION..WOW...let me think a second. JS..you want honesty? Heres honesty..if he decided back then to come to the Knicks..I would have been very very happy.

If he decides to come to the Knicks now? Well..hell..he has matured no?

Now that you have digested that...here is more honesty. I have hated..truly hated my own players that trash talk..that dunk in peoples faces and glare at them. I have put much hate on the old Rex Ryan..guys here know that with all of his bravdo. I hated the signing of Bart Scott because of his f'in mouth.

So I have hated my own players..very very much with things have nothing to do with their play. Still, will not be a hypocrite..would have a hard time adjusting to him being here..but would find a way.

Looks like I might have been right.

There is talk that the Spurs roster will stay put for one more year. That would be awesome

As I suspected. Reading comments here it's interesting to see who legitimately hates the guy because of who he is and who hates the guy because he didn't choose their team.

Man, I really want the Spurs to close this one out at home. But even with the way they smashed the Heat in Miami, I'm not confident that they are going to do it on Sunday. Would be cool for Spurs fans to have the hometown coronation this time around.

It's one of the reasons I dislike the NBA in General- it's a sport bereft of class and filled with an inordinate number of look-at-me thugs. A lot of the stuff you see in football that I can't stand (the Golden Tate taunt example 1A).

But if you had Lebron you'd be loving him :D

I think they'll end it Sunday. Spurs are dominating right now and it would take some miracle for Miami to completely turn things around to beat them.

I think this ends in 5

I don't think the series is over. It's definitely close perhaps imminent, but by no means would I declare the series definitively over.

That Barkley quote is very accurate, I don't see LeBron carrying them on his back for three wins in a row- but if he gets 1 game where those guys around him put it together, I do think he can carry them to 2 other games if he has too.

They have to figure something out defensively though.. or pray that the Spurs start missing shots

I think it's over. A team coming back from 3-1 has never been done before. Never. The Spurs have three chances to beat them, two at home. This series is over.
