Heat about to lose back to back playoff games since Game 5 & 6 in 2011 Finals. They actually lost 3 straight that time. *Actually im wrong, they lost 3 straight to the Celtics to in 2012. It looks like their losses come in 3's. Sounds good to me.
No NBA Finals team has ever come back from a 3-1 deficit since the championship series began in 1950.
Made him look stupid! Just ripped the ball right from him. And then Wade follows him and fouls him on the other side lol
never understood why coaches keep calling timeouts when the game is well out of hand and has been for a while. Weird thing is, Duncan is still in there
So I found out today that I had to work at 7 a.m after both the potential game 6 and game 7. I prayed to the basketball gods today that the Spurs would win this game tonight, and end it Sunday so I can actually enjoy the Spurs championship and intake the celebration because I knew this would be probably my greatest Sports moment to date (Jets and Mets havent won jack shit since ive become a fan). If all goes right the Spurs will put the nail in the coffin on this season on Sunday. I dont care if Duncan, Manu, Pop ride off into the sunset, I just wanted to see them beat the Heat so badly because when the big 3 came together for Miami, it looked bad back then for San Antonio. They were coming off a second round sweep, it looked like it was long over, the Lakers were on the verge of 3 peating, the Spurs had dropped off really badly. This run over the last four years has been building for this title, it started in 2011 when the Spurs won the most games and got the #1 seed, followed it up by getting to the WCF, then last year finals... After losing to the Grizzlies it felt hopeless, after losing to the Thunder it looked hopeless, after losing to the Heat it just seemed impossible at the time to get back. A whole damn year I had to wait and now its all right there. End it Sunday.
J.A. Adande make himself look like an idiot and now we got a guy asking Pop who his FMVP candidate will be.....
Im not sure if anyone saw the postgame but Lebron ripped Spoelstra (unknowingly) and ripped on his team. Spoelstra said he going to try all options and later Lebron was asked about if all the stones that have been unturned need to be turned and Lebron basically said thats what the regular season is for and the NBA finals is not the time to be testing this stuff. He also brought up how in the 3rd he went on his hot streak but still lost ground in the game between the 3rd and 4th, he also brought up how when he left the court, the game got even worse. He took both shots at Spoelstra and the rest of his team.
