The San Antonio Spurs are 15-3 in best-of-seven series when leading 2-1 in the Gregg Popovich era.

    Bosh is such a moron:

"We did it to ourselves," Chris Bosh said. "With all due respect to them, it's nothing that they did."

Yeah, it wasn't the Spurs shooting 90% at one point and finishing the game at over 50%. It wasnt Leonard shooting for almost 30 points. It wasn't the solid defense of Green and others. It wasn't the amazing ball distribution of San Antonio's offense. It was clearly because of the Heat that San Antonio won.

LOL, I had a bad feeling about that game until I saw Bosh's interview from earlier in the day. Something like "We're going to be more physical than last time, we're going to bring the fight from the very beginning" or some crap, sounded cocky. I was pretty confident after that.

I could complain about them the whole series, but what's the point? They have made some really inconsistent calls, haven't called the game the same on both ends, but at this point it's not like they are going to change. It makes what the Spurs have been able to do all the more impressive. And hey, at least they remembered where their whistles were when Lebron was mauling players in the second half.

One of those loses was to the Heat.

Spurs just have so much fire-power. 90% shooting in the first half. I can't even accomplish that in 2K ...

See, what makes me belive whole heartedly in the Spurs is when game 1 finished, everyone was saying that it was a fluke and no way San Antonio would shoot that well again. So what do they do? They turn around and shoot 90% last night in the first half.

That team is the perfect example of an explosive team oriented offense. There is no single person on that offense that holds the ball more than the other. Such great basketball

Spurs were 13 of 15 and finished 86.7 FG% in the first qtr. 19 of 21 (90.5%) to start the game. Most 1st quarter points in the first qtr of an NBA finals game since 1967 (76ers). They broke the first half playoff points record with 4:46 left on the clock. 75.8% Finals record shooting percentage for a half.

Stephen A making it sound like Carmelo is going to Miami this offseason. Of course things need to occur for that to happen whether it be Bosh opting out or Wade opting out. I dont see Wade just walking away and im not sure Bosh is worth that max contract anymore so I dont believe he would opt out either. He already said he wants to stay in Miami and he can make that decision himself because he can choose to opt back in or opt out.

Im pretty excited to see how this all plays out because its going to be on huge domino affect and it begins with the Heat big 3 choosing to opt out or not.

He does have sources, he is in direct contact with some of the star players in the league (Lebron, Carmelo). Props to him though because not many other reporters are in that inner circle.

I'm guessing that one of those 3 losses was last year against the Heat. The 2nd time it was against the Thunder 2 years ago. Can't remember the other.

Well I was making a joke because overall the refs were Spurs friendly last game and nobody complained about their bad reffing even though it was bad and inconsistent.

When you say "last game" are you talking about game 2 or 3?

Edit: You know what's funny? I'm finding it very difficult to find player foul stats per game for finals games.

game 3. The 3rd Q was pro Heat, but the other 3 was pro Spurs. In the end, it wouldn't make a huge different as the Spurs were playing better, but it was pro Spurs in my opinion.

I'm assuming you didn't see when Lebron had Kawhi in a double armbar from behind and Kawhi was called for a foul in the 3rd quarter. But anyway, please justify your statement.

And who was complaining about calls in the first 2 games, while you're at it? :)

Didn't I just say the refs were pro Heat in the 3rd Q and Spurs the other 3?

I complain about the refs every game :D

I just find it funny how people don't stand up for the Heat when they are getting the bad whistle. Either the Heat are getting the calls or the refs are calling the game in fair in some peoples world
