Jonathan Quick was the difference tonite. Rangers with incredible pressure and Quick was just too good.

Its over...a roster that was finally exposed...and a coach who I praised staying too loyal to a veteran like Richards who hopefully will not be on the roster next year.

Great thing is you have to get experience in the cup to win it..and a some crucial guys got that experience..thats a great thing.

On the bad side, Sather will be fooled into not making too many changes in the off season but at least we are making some good strides compared to many other teams.

Hank will skate past this untouched and put on a pedestal and he shouldnt. While Quick was the MUCH MUCH better goaltender, amazing how many open nets this team missed again. Just choked this series away.

Kreider was a big disappointment too...Stepan, Brassard. I mentioned before this started that I did not like our centers in this series. And our centers were terribly inefffective

This team's luck ran out when the puck deflected off Leddy in Game 7 of the WCF. Kings were a death sentence for the Rangers. It just hurts that LA was dead tired the first two games and the Rangers couldn't even steal one game to change the complexion of the series.

I felt the same at that moment. Goals at the last second of periods hurt no matter if it is October or Game 3 of the Stanley Cup. Not what the Rangers needed. Too bad too. This series had potential, but the puck never bounced the Rangers way.

One game at a time guys. Take game four and then go from there. Teams can make huge comebacks in hockey. Its not like an NFL team that is down by three touchdowns with one quarter to go in the Super Bowl. The clock won't run out on the Rangers. They don't need a miracle, they just need to start winning. They have the opportunity to start winning. Start it on Wednesday.

Rangers had the softest playoff run and the Kings had the toughest. Pretty easy to see why the Kings are up

You put a big #1 center on that team and the Rangers are complete. That's what they're missing at this point, they don't have a big distributor who can also camp in the crease and score from there reliably.

The problem is you have to draft that guy and most of them go early in the draft.

I'm not giving up on the cup just yet but it's obvious the emotional high that the events of the Penguins series produced is gone now and it's going to be an uphill grind for the Rangers to get back into the series.

and lets face it...Staal...Girardi got away with murder last night with the giveaways again. Again. Other then Zuc, you cant find too many guys playing well right now. Stralman has been good. Moore and Klein are eh. Hags of course has been the best player.

Too bad. Anyone that thinks this team doesn't deserve to be here..in hockey..that list is long guys..very long. Overtime loss..double overtime loss..what can you do.
