If the first game was the NFL, the experts would have been like "hmmm..something is not right...took overtime for this powerhouse to get by what many thought was one of the worst rosters to be in the finals in years...something isn't right in L.A." In the NHL, no talk of the flaws they showed in game 1..none...and there were several. Im getting tired of hearing it. I know that's not what you meant jonny....but you opened a door to my fedupness. Just hope the Rangers players are not buying into all of this hype.

Good stuff..especially number 5. Funny thing is that I was not on the edge of my seat while that was all going on..not at all. For the most part, it reminded me of any January game when the Rangers would have 18 shots on net without a goal in a second period and us coming on here after the game screaming at all the meaningless shots.
Intelligent hockey talk is welcome here, agitation is not welcome here, for the 1st time in 20 years we have something to fuckin cheer about, so either offer useful commentary or leave the thread alone...I found alot of positives from that game...they may win, they may lose, my point Is they aren't that much better than us, if they even are better than us at all...
Exactly Jay, Rangers had 22 shots In that period and 43 for the game, all perimeter, bad angle, no rebound shots and scored 1 goal, great goaltending or ineffective offense?
