Westbrook is NOT getting traded. If the Thunder do trade him, they can say goodbye to KD in 2016. Yes, it would be like Lebron in Cleveland, KD would lead the Thunder to a 60+ win season, only to get knocked out in round two.Why would the Thunder trade a top 8 player in Westbrook, for a few picks that aren't even guranteed to become quality players? Also, have you seen the West? You need at least two stars to make it out of that stacked conference. Six to eight teams would annhilate an OKC team without westbrook in the playoff. Westbrook will be in a Thunder jersey for a long, long time.
Well I wasn't talking about you if you thought I was Soxxx. That post had the word troll in it way too many times though. Anyway, I'm pumped. It's been driving me crazy that we haven't been starting Reggie Jackson, and now Brooks finally woke up, and figured out that he should be starting. I'm anxious to see how Serge plays too. I'm nervous he'll be obviously holding us back, but it's worth the shot.
Well im not convinced about that, lets say they traded Westbrook for the 3rd pick in the draft, now they can draft a great talent AND have a lot of money to spend. The Thunder did play very well without Westbrook, Durant might need someone like an Embiid to go next to him. Ibaka is a great #2 player, its not comparable to Cleveland because Lebron never had someone as good as Ibaka next to him either. Reggie Jackson can surely be the starting PG of the Thunder, I would not rule out Presti shaking things up. Westbrooks health is no lock either so if they can get a top pick in the draft I think they would consider it strongly.
F'n christ, let the guys play... 2 HORRIBLE calls in a row, at least the announcers agreed they were very iffy..
Duncan is just so good. He is beyond frustrating to watch. He moves like a sloth, but never messes up.
soxxx was driving on the I-95 when his mother called. "soxxx, I just heard on the news there's a guy driving the wrong way down the I-95! Be careful!" "It's not just one car," cried soxxx. "It's hundreds of them!"
That sequence of plays was so insane I don't even know what to type right now. Ginobli just absolutely on fire tonight, and Russ off all game, drills a half court shot.
Ginobili with an impressive strange-looking 3 as the shot clock expired. Westbrook then brought it up and shot a 40+ footer. Swish. Very odd decision by Westbrook, though, because he released the ball with over 2 seconds remaining. I have no idea why he'd shoot that. There was still time left after that for a Spurs heave, just to tell you how much time he had.
That's what I was thinking. It was like Reggie in that game he blew up against the Grizzlies. I was mad at Russell for about 1 second there.
