Chris Nimbley @Cnimbley 2m Saunders just made another tough catch on a 10 yard hook with defender draped on his back. Caught it, shook off defender & turned upfield
Kristian Dyer @KristianRDyer 2m Amaro rises and attacks the ball very well. Good body control. #nyjets

Rich Cimini @RichCimini 2m #Jets practice: Amaro, Saunders among those that stood out. Evans dropped deep ball. Boyd struggled w/ accuracy, but had 2 nice deep balls.
Kristian Dyer @KristianRDyer 49s Saunders also stood out, attacks the ball well. Quick hands, good footwork. Route running better than on tape. #nyjets
There are things that are still negotiated, for instance the nature of escalators, variations in injury clauses, % guaranteed through roster bonus/workout bonus etc.
Fuck you, Dick. He knows how to block. Cimini's such a moron. It's like how he was going on and on about how Idzik is just a cap guy, and never had personnel or scouting experience. Stop perpetuating lies.
Hopefully Saunders is able to keep this up. It would be a tremendous help if he's good enough to be in the starting 3.
Can someone please explain what a "hitch" is, in the Qb's throwing motion/mechanics? I've heard the term a multitude of times, but I'm still not entirely sure what it entails. Is it something specific in the actual throwing motion or does it occur elsewhere in the mechanics? And is a hitch always the same type of issue, no matter who the player (i.e. is the same malfunction at the same point for every Qb) or does it vary? Thanks in advance.
Sanders showing the skills that made Haha-Dix look bad in the bowl game. I hope this kid does more for this team then ST / slot duty - he has the speed to really take the top off a defense
Oh goodness...this could be one of a many multitude of things. And no, it is not the same for every player. Could be how he brings the ball up to release...could be in the release itself. Could be how he drops back or even steps forward. It's really a general use term when someone doesn't know how to explain what they are seeing...as far as I'm concerned anyway. Sorry I couldn't be more specific but until I actually see Taj throw I wouldn't be able to tell you what the "hitch" was.
