What the refs called on the Barnes foul on Jackson was basically "we don't want to call a foul, but you get the ball". It's a classic tactic they use to not decide the games, but still not let teams get away with fouls. It's basically common sense, or if they missed it, a make up call. With replay, you can't ref that way. At least that's what happened with GS/LAC earlier this year. This should have been Clippers ball even though it was a missed foul on Barnes
