What a lot of people don't know is that Boyd originally committed to WVU. WVU fans were very happy they got Geno instead.
The nice thing about having all of these DBs and WRs, now, is that some guys won't be making the team, which means that there will be guys who earned their spot (at those positions). Our Offense should be light years away from last year's.
wtf Eisen had me hyped up thinking it was Michael Sam...Instead we go Tajh Boyd? End of an era for Simms...or we keep all four players and put Boyd on practice squad. We roll with 3 QB's...I guess its a good pick, Vick if he plays is so injury prone
If he does, there is a problem somewhere. I like the pick though. Vick is here for a year, and he's a good option as a backup. He also has some plus side.
He said if the Jets actually take all 12 picks and not trade any of them he would hitchhike home tonight
I'd like to see us somehow keep both Simms and Boyd. Not only is Vick injury prone, but he's also only got a couple of years left anyway.
I think Simms is odd man out. Looks like they are all about QBs that can move around and have strong arms. Simms can move around, but not as well as Boyd in my opinion.
quote me in five years when he's still a solid receiver and half these guys we drafted instead of him are not even in the league.
Don't you think if Idzik liked him that much, that he would have drafted him? I mean, they both went to Wake Forest, so the ties are there. Clearly he didn't like him that much.
Coleman at 6'6 should be grabbed with the 7th round pick. Fell way down the board. Throw him into the competition and see who makes it. I'm big on height guys, one thing you can't teach.
He's going to be a UDFA. Read this guys past up, it's pretty sad and somewhat shocking. Once Long left Oregon, he turned into a pile of shit again.
