It would be interesting if the Jets went with another WR should one fall down to the next pick

Seems like a faster version of Kerley. 5'9 and weighs under 170, but he's FAST as shit. 4.44 40 time. Could be a punt returner/slot receiver. ESPN and NFLN both loved the pick, and Mayock said despite his size he's as physical as they come.

A lot wanted Ellington, Saunders is a lot tougher player, plays big.

When was the last time the Jets had an explosive player??

I saw some of his games. He is a little guy but tough. Even with a small frame, he will go across the middle. There is good RAC potential here.

We know Rex likes gadgets. I can see them using bubble screens and junk next year

Yes, he will play on special teams but he should be good enough to play regularly from scrimmage as well.

If the plan is to cut Ford, then fine. This kid will be electric on special teams. But he can't play receiver consistently in the nfl. He just too small.

Tayvon was a pure freak and a once in a decade college player and he's struggling to adjust. Saunders was nowhere close to Tayvon's level.

Saunders gives you no more than what Kerley gives. We shoulda went Ellington if we wanted special teams and a slot. let's see if we can still get abbrederis

He plays with confidence and poise, but the arm strength is more Penningtonesque and McElroyish. 8 games a season in NJ, 1 in Buffalo and 1 in NE- ehh. Fales is probably a better fit for a dome or warm weather team.

This is why Jets fans can't have nice things.

I think Jace will grow into that threat.
