    Idzik drafted the best player in the NFL draft last year and that was Shelden Richardson.

    I trust Idzik with his choices...The man has not made an embarrassment of our picks either

    Seems like a reach but if the kid pans out who cares? We've picked a lot worse in the 2nd and 3rd rounds in the past. See below.

    Love the response--Exactly what Rich Kotite said on ESPN when asked why they took Brady over Sapp ("Well, we still have several picks left."). Whenever somebody can't justify a reach like this, just remind 'em that we pick again in the next round ("if the one we like is still available). Brilliant!

    Even a ton of Maryland fans are saying on their boards that McDougle would most likely be a 5th round or later pick. Idzik could've gotten him much later and addressed WR with Ellington or Bryant there.

    No.. Those teams in the 90's could score points. This version of the Jets is closer to the 2000 Ravens minus the talent.
