I trust in Rex's ability to evaluate defensive talent and am confident we'll get a productive DB, however it's not good value. Could've been had later.
McShay and Kiper sweating the pick calling it second round value and praising Rex for finding this guy.
I just can't believe he went in round 3. I think WW85 or someone had this guy as one of our comp. 6th round picks. Really hope this guy is something special. In Rex and Dennis Thurman we trust.
Just for the record I'd be perfectly okay with trading TB's 4th and our 5th or 6th to move back in to the bottom of the 3rd for Moncrief.
Another CB with an injury history......Pierre desir was available but instead we go with dexter mcpoyle haha
I dont hate it, I just dont know much about him. That said a quick search shows decent grades Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
Justifiably so. Kid was a solid solid corner. Had a tough outing when he injured his shoulder, thus wasn't invited to the combine. Great talent and should be healthy. Should be good competition for the starting job.
Atleast we didn't trade up for Jarvis Landry ,now we have a few extra players to cut at training camp
What do you mean? Was he in last year's draft? Who drafted him last year? Who gives a shit about last year. He was a 3rd round pick this year.
Not for nothing but I wouldn't be comparing where a player goes in the draft to where a poster on a message board mocks him to go...totally meaningless
Wrong. You seem to always be wrong. Unlike you, when the Jets have needs in the draft, I do tons of research on the prospects for each position. Corner was a main one.
Nah, I wish. Broke my ankle, waiting for surgery on Monday with a bottle full of hydrocodon by my side.
