    When you're masking the middle of the field you have a problem. Masking on the outside is not good either, but masking the middle is asking to be a soft defense.

    Richardson was superhuman in college. He was just more raw than Floyd and Star. So the pick really was not that surprising.

    This pick is much more surprising with a top CB available

    Someone said it, but rounds 2-4 are where the Jets need to score some play makers for Geno Smith.

    We needed both I think all of us on Here can agree to that. I mostly feel we suffered at safety more due to Ryan's need to insert reed in the game more so than talent. I don't really think we have another outside corner

    In today's NFL, a ball-hawking safety that's good in coverage is more valuable than a head-hunting enforcer. We continue the pattern of having slow FS.
