Is there a softer man on the puck than Stepan? You can blow on him and he loses the puck. And he breaks his stick on every fucking shift.

I'm really glad you said this, jonny. Everyone has been ROASTING Nash, and rightfully so, but the reality is that Stephan has been even worse than Nash. The only reason Nash has more SOG than Stepan is because Stepan keeps hitting the glass with his shots!

yeah it wold be nice for Nash if he didn't have to try and create all his scoring chances on his own....how bout a nice set up from his center? Steps has a knack of avoidng criticism somehow.

Not from me. He has missed some open nets that were as wide open as garage doors!

In fairness, this thread is the only place where Stralman is facing criticism. 99.9% of the fanbase realizes how good of a player he is.

the sooner the powerplay gets off the Xanax, the better off the boys will be.

How slow is Stepan? Hahahaj if you're gonna be that slow, you'd better be 5 foot 5

Zucc loses the puck at half boards 25 times a game on PP.

Powerplay still blows dick, but they did not play poorly. Horrendous luck the entire game. Inexplicably bad.

That was arguably the worst Rangers game of the year.

and it stems from a friggin coach..who I like...that panics..I mean what a panic move that was tonight bringing in 3 players..3?! It was to make the Rangers faster? Diaz? I can see if we are getting beat 7 to 4 every game but they are doing very little on offense and if you were to say games are averaging less then 4 a game combined..that would favor us. So why try to play their style? Its not like Diaz for Miller or anyone we are bringing in has a history of 40 goals in their career. I dont get it.

Did anyone really think Diaz or Miller or Fast were going to give the Rangers points?

Fuck Stepan too...could be the most overrated center in the league. Hagelin is a one trick pony..who couldnt pass to save his life.

Nash is shot..not even passing to wide open guys in his personal quest to score a goal.

Its ashame too because Hank has found his game..and this team is being exposed for all many of us have said the whole year...there is no scoring on this team..and the guys that can score cant create on their own. Zucc looks exactly like he is which is an under 5 foot guy who plays as hard as he can...but just gets eaten up in the playoffs. Richards too...they just get manhandled in the offensive zone. Besides Pouliott there is no Ranger that can handle the physical element of the game in the offensive zone.

Fuck Sather...he fools me every year with this flawed roster when it at times overachieves.

Worst game? Frustrating yes, but I thought the Rangers' effort (especially considering the schedule) was good tonight. And while they don't have the goals to show for it, their puck possession and movement on the PP looked better as well. Put this effort into game #4 and they can very well tie up this series. I'm not giving up on them.

Hes a fucking midget Jon. What do you expect. Richards and him combined couldnt bench 100 pounds. The return of the smurfs.

For a second round home opener..that was tough to watch Joe..yeah..better..but its the playoffs. If you would tell me coming into the 3rd period back to back games that that Penguins would have less than 2 goals...I would do cartwheels.

The Penguins winning defensive games is hard to swallow.

Don't worry. Sather will turn half the roster over again this off-season and create new holes to fill old holes. It's always fun watching Sather's hurried roster construction and guessing what the new fatal flaw will be.
