Alright your an asshole, I clearly acknowledged that I posted it late. My bad, I was at the gym and got home after the game started.
No, I'm not an asshole. If OKC was up double digits, you wouldn't have said you think Memphis will win. I know that, you know that, ATW knows that, and displacedfan knows that. You had 2 days to say something and you didn't.
I don't love the Pacers. They have never been a team I root for. I used to actively dislike them, now I don't care. I just pointed out that they are one of the top 2 teams in the East, which is reality. And I'm not mad. I just called you out on doing the things you normally do (trying to take credit after the fact for all kinds of things you never posted).
Heres my take on what happened which lead to the Indiana hype train: 1) They took the Heat to 7 Games 2) They had a hot start First off, congrats on taking the Heat to 7 games but keep in mind the year before the Celtics did the same thing, and that same Celtics team was pushed to 7 games against a 76ers team that was ranked as the #8 seed. So basically I am just trying to point that although the Pacers did get to where they did, I firmly believe the Knicks would have beaten them had JR not thrown that elbow. So if the Knicks had beaten the Pacers, would the Pacers have had the hype? No. But they did beat the Knicks, I am not trying to say they didnt but things could have been a lot different. Now when the season began the Pacers were able to beat up on the rest of the East and have like a 20-1 start ? As it turns out, the East was playing god awful basketball and after all the slow starts, the rest of the East played just as good as the Pacers in like the final 50 games or so. So while people kept on asking down the stretch "what is wrong with the Pacers?" Nothing was wrong with the Pacers, the East caught up and that was just the Pacers showing their true colors. If the Pacers were in the West they would have scraped their way into the playoffs, if not missed it.
Forcing Kevin Durant to had a bad game, you need to grab this game. If you lose a game KD plays poorly in it's such a wasted opportunity. Unless you are effectively scheming him and his poor play will continue, but I doubt it.
This is spot on. Durant looks like shittttttt. They really need this game, - if they somehow blow it, it could be the nail in the coffin. Just like how Dallas squandered their opportunity.
Grizzlies will win both games in Memphis if they can win here, they will lose game 5 and wrap up the series at home in game 6. Grit and grind baby.
Russell Westbrook is now playing poorly. He's 8-19 and I want to say he was 5-8 at one point so not good.
