Here's a draft that will anger this fan base:

Your score is: 5053 (Drafting Ability: B+, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 19 (MIA): Anthony Barr, OLB, UCLA (A)
Round 2 Pick 17: Dee Ford, DE, Auburn (A)
Round 3 Pick 16: Ed Reynolds, FS, Stanford (A-)
Round 3 Pick 17 (MIA): Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt (A)
Round 4 Pick 4: Cyril Richardson, OG, Baylor (B+)
Round 4 Pick 15: Zach Mettenberger, QB, LSU (A)
Round 4 Pick 37 (COMP): Ahmad Dixon, SS, Baylor (A)
Round 5 Pick 14: Justin Ellis, DT, Louisiana Tech (B-)
Round 6 Pick 19: Kevin Norwood, WR, Alabama (A)
Round 6 Pick 33 (COMP): James Wilder Jr., RB, Florida State (A)

Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): A.C. Leonard, TE, Tennessee State (A)
    Round 7 Pick 18: L'Damian Washington, WR, Missouri (B-)

    Your Future Picks:
    2015 Round 1 Pick
    2016 Round 1 Pick

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I could have gotten McCarron at 4th/15 instead of Mettenberger. Just tried him out to see what kind of grade I end up with.

    1. Addresses most of the problem area in defense except the CB. [I was hoping to draft Walt Aikens.]
    2. Did I mention Anthony Barr AND Dee Ford?
    3. Matthews/Norwood look very good to me.
    4. I even got to draft OG here.

Your score is: 5220 (Drafting Ability: A-, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 32 (SEA): Xavier Su'a-Filo, OG, UCLA (A)
Round 2 Pick 17: Kyle Van Noy, OLB, Brigham Young (A-)
Round 2 Pick 22 (PHI): Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Washington (A)
Round 2 Pick 26 (N.O.): Dee Ford, DE, Auburn (A)
Round 2 Pick 32 (SEA): Davante Adams, WR, Fresno State (A)
Round 3 Pick 16: Chris Borland, ILB, Wisconsin (A)
    Round 4 Pick 4: A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama (A)
Round 4 Pick 15: Cyril Richardson, OG, Baylor (B)
Round 4 Pick 37 (COMP): Ahmad Dixon, SS, Baylor (A)
Round 5 Pick 14: Michael Schofield, OT, Michigan (B)
Round 6 Pick 19: Kevin Norwood, WR, Alabama (A)
Round 6 Pick 33 (COMP): Storm Johnson, RB, UCF (A)
Round 6 Pick 34 (COMP): Dri Archer, WR, Kent State (A)
Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): Anthony Fera, K, Texas (A)
Round 7 Pick 18: James Wilder Jr., RB, Florida State (A)

    Your Future Picks:
    2015 Round 1 Pick
    2016 Round 1 Pick

    1. Still addressed 2x OLB position [KVN + Dee Ford]
    2. ASJ, Davante Adams AND Kevin Norwood. [Storm Johnson is a bonus.]
    3. 3x OL pick [Su'a-Filo, Richardson AND Schofield]
    4. ILB pick as well.
    5. I will keep drafting McCarron if he's there at 4th round - so don't bother raising that issue.
    6. No CB pick - that's the only caveat.

But this was my favorite draft of all. Got a lot of beef up front on both sides of the ball, got a handful of quality playmaker and a good QB prospect. Nothing to complain about.

Your score is: 5047 (Drafting Ability: A-, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 32 (SEA): Xavier Su'a-Filo, OG, UCLA (A)
Round 2 Pick 17: Kyle Van Noy, OLB, Brigham Young (A-)
Round 2 Pick 22 (PHI): Dee Ford, DE, Auburn (A)
    Round 2 Pick 29 (S.F.): Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Washington (A)
Round 3 Pick 7 (CLE): Chris Borland, ILB, Wisconsin (A-)
Round 3 Pick 14 (DAL): Paul Richardson, WR, Colorado (A)
Round 3 Pick 16: Deone Bucannon, SS, Washington State (A)
Round 3 Pick 24 (CINN): Louchiez Purifoy, CB, Florida (A-)
Round 4 Pick 4: Devonta Freeman, RB, Florida State (A)
Round 4 Pick 15: Zach Mettenberger, QB, LSU (A)
Round 4 Pick 37 (COMP): James Hurst, OT, North Carolina (B-)
Round 5 Pick 14: Aaron Murray, QB, Georgia (A)
Round 6 Pick 19: Kevin Norwood, WR, Alabama (A)
Round 6 Pick 33 (COMP): Tom Hornsey, P, Memphis (A)
Round 6 Pick 34 (COMP): Dri Archer, WR, Kent State (A)
Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): Deandre Coleman, DT, California (A)
Round 7 Pick 18: Walt Aikens, CB, Liberty (A-)

    Your Future Picks:
    2015 Round 1 Pick
    2016 Round 1 Pick

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

I thought I had a very good draft - but the AI doesn't think so.

Reached a lot - which I don't do usually. Bortles at 1st threw a huge monkey wrench, and I had to compensate that all around, reaching here and there.

Definitely not my sexiest draft. But, I am a firm believer in that the O-line goes a long ways towards a solid offense. Also I think it's a pretty balanced draft, I took BPA available and was only going to trade down if I didn't like the value available at a given point. I probably should have traded down 3 slots in the 4th to boost my score on Bailey but oh well.

Taylor Lewan dropped and he was BPA on the board and is generally considered one of the top 3 OT's in the draft.

David Yankey with the 2nd pick was essentially BPA, 2nd best guard in the draft by most accounts. Guard is a weakness currently.

Jordan Matthews with the 16th pick in the 3rd is to me a steal. I would have gone Moncrief as I think he's more of a deep threat than Matthews, but he was off the boards and Matthews is the more reliable of the two receivers.

Dion Bailey in the 4th is a solid pick up. I was going to go Cornerback here but the guys whom I normally draft were all off the board and Bailey was the best option here aside from Running back options. but I made the assumption the Jets were going to
sign Chris Johnson so RB wasn't a driving concern while Free Safety was a definite need.

with the 2nd Pick I was going to grab a QB here but my preferred QB's were all off the board, BPA was close and TE was a need so I drafted CJ. He's a good blocker and at 6'6 he's a big target with good hands, not the deep seam threat of some of the other TE's but he's not lacking in straightline speed either..

With the teams first comp pick I was going to draft Dixon here at Strong Safety but he went off the boards on the pick right before hand. Although not a need it's a good depth pick with JaWuan James as he's exceptional value at this point as he's a potential 3rd round candidate, getting him with a comp pick in the 4th is a steal.

I went with Van Der Kamp in the 5th because I wasn't offered any trades and there was no one on the boards I found attractive. Plus if you're not going to have a flashy offense most likely then have a very good punter is a must, Van Der Kamp is one of the best.

Round 6 I went with Devon Kennard. Probably more of a special teams guy than anything else. But he is flexible having played ILB, OLB, and DE. He's a rough talent with some upside. He's a project but evidently a high character guy with good leadership skills.

With the first Comp pick I added some much needed speed with Dri Archer. Slot receiver, come out of the backfield, maybe kick returns.

With the 2nd Comp pick I choose Boswell, admittedly this was a choice just because I knew for 100% it would get me an A grade. Still, it's competition for Folk.

with the last comp pick I chose Marion Grice. Good 3rd down, change of pace back. He kind of duplicates with the Dri Archer pick but it's more competition. (there's actually an RB I like better, D'anthony Thomas, but I was going for grade here and Grice isn't a bad option at all by any means, I just feel Thomas is a little more explosive, but Grice is a little bigger.)

And with the last pick a player who could turn out to be the steal of the draft if he lives up to his potential (big if or he'd go higher). He's 6'1 200+, not a burner but he's physical and aggressive. he'll need a year or 3 to develop as he's very much a diamond in the rough.

All in all the last 4 picks (excluding the Chris Boswell throw away grade pick) are players that have a big upside but are all diamonds in the rough.

I'd be ecstatic with this draft, though a lot of people would be banging their heads and yelling at two OL picks at the top of the draft.

Your score is: 5587 (GRADE: A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 18: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan (A)
Round 2 Pick 17: David Yankey, OG, Stanford (A)
Round 3 Pick 16: Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt (A)
Round 4 Pick 4: Dion Bailey, FS, Southern California (B+)
    Round 4 Pick 15: C.J. Fiedorowicz, TE, Iowa (A)
Round 4 Pick 37 (COMP): JaWuan James, OT, Tennessee (A)
Round 5 Pick 14: Kirby Van Der Kamp, P, Iowa State (A-)
Round 6 Pick 19: Devon Kennard, OLB, Southern California (A-)
Round 6 Pick 33 (COMP): Dri Archer, WR, Kent State (A)
Round 6 Pick 34 (COMP): Chris Boswell, K, Rice (A)
Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): Marion Grice, RB, Arizona State (A-)
Round 7 Pick 18: Walt Aikens, CB, Liberty (A)

    Your Future Picks:
    2015 Round 1 Pick
    2016 Round 1 Pick

Overall this is a fairly realistic draft, except for the Dri Archer pick, he'll be gone no later than the 4th in reality. But every other player is pretty much in the round range where they are expected to go. Matthews might be a little low but there are about 4 or 5 receivers I'd be very happy with at that point in the daft and most sites do consider Matthews a 2-3 round pick.

One hell of a draft. Two very good OL prospects out of one draft is always a A+ in my eyes. You came away with Matthews as well - so that's a good sign as well. Dion Bailey was drafted about 10 spots too early, but other than that, it looks like a very solid draft.

Yeah I wanted to trade down there but the only offer was to drop 20 spots and I knew he'd be off the boards at that point and he was BPA.

The only completely unrealistic pick there is Dri Archer, no way he's there past the 4th round in real life. The rest could totally happen.

    101st best all time. Yowsers.

    ===========================================

P.S. They revamped their logic again. They don't give you all these juicy and yummy trade down options any more. Moreover, they revamped the priority queues again. Now the 'good' prospects are gone by the comparable rounds. You don't find round 1 quality guys in round 3 etc.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    1. I do not like Bortles pick at 1st. I just gave it a go, knowing he'd be gone if I didn't pick him there.

    2. Consequently, I couldn't get any OL help at all. If the draft does go like this, the hope is either last year's crops grow into the role, or Jets find UDFA OLs that will start.

    3. KVN pick was a necessity in my PoV - Jets defense lack the speed from the edge rather sorely, and I wanted to get at least one blue chipper.

    4. Didn't expect ASJ at 3rd round - that was a must-grab.

    5. Anthony Johnson was a toss-up call between Jackson Jeffcoat. Since I am a staunch follower of Parcells' planet theory, I grab Johnson, with a confidence that Ryan and Dunbar can make a good NT out of the kid. I could have gone to Jeffcoat if I really wanted to.

    6. 5th and 6th round finally gives Jets WRs. Now, the fit isn't too great as of 'now.'

Even if Norwood does develop into a solid possession receiver, that would be another possession receiver on opposite side of Eric Decker. The plan is, of course, Norwood 'takes over' Decker's spot once Decker's contract expires. Since Norwood is not really good at YACs, and especially since Jets WR coach is a steaming sack of shit a.k.a. Sanjay Lal, this group will remain problematic. Unless ASJ provides spark up the middle, the passing attack will remain problematic.

Abbrederis, on the other hand, could very well be the spark Jets are looking for, even though he won't be as good as other good WR prospects like Beckham Jr. or Mike Evans. At least he isn't a midget like Cooks or OBJ, so he checks in fine with the measurables. He may not be a freak like Kelvin Benjamin, but then if the receiver is taller than 6', I believe he's good.

The upside is, both of the prospects possess above average straight line speed - just they don't have that elite, 'burner' speed. In case of Abbrederis, since he is so good at setting up the DBs with his steps and other subtle things, he gets deep pretty often. Thus, if the Jets end up drafting both of the kids, I would be actually pretty ecstatic. Of course, the first order of business is to shitcan that tub of lard Lal, but these two kids have a very good prospect of developing into solid WRs. Both are intelligent and reliable - you can't ask for more out of WR corps.

Last, but not the least, this group will feature two prospects with real good hands, so that is a relief.

    7. Comp picks: Ahmad Dixon and Sunseri will provide good safety depth - especially Sunseri, as he comes from prestigious college football program. Storm Johnson will have to fix his fumble problems, but other than that, he will add familiarity to Bortles, and will ease the transition.

    8. CBs - Keith McGill looks like a good fit for Jets, and Walt Aikens could be a steal down the road.

Now, the trade down logic is more than plain stupid. The AI does not offer comparable value with the trade down option, i.e. it offers 1st(28) + 7th round pick to trade up to 18. That's being stupid.

Not bad....No value with the WR and FS in earlier rounds. Picked BPA.
I like the first 5 rounds. Nothing better to pick in 7th round..

Zach, and JChace that's awesome dude. Congrats!

Every time I go on that site I look for names I recognize from here but don't see anything. I agree with what Zach said too with Bortles. I wouldn't want him at 18 either, but in that draft game, why not right?

I outdid myself by about 80 points this time.

I traded down once, and I am happy in general with how the draft went:

Your score is: 6124 (GRADE: A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 25 (S.D.): Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina (A)
Round 2 Pick 17: Kyle Van Noy, OLB, Brigham Young (A-)
Round 3 Pick 16: Dee Ford, DE, Auburn (A)
Round 3 Pick 25 (S.D.): Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas (B+)
Round 4 Pick 4: Jordan Zumwalt, ILB, UCLA (A)
Round 4 Pick 15: Devonta Freeman, RB, Florida State (A)
Round 4 Pick 37 (COMP): Ahmad Dixon, SS, Baylor (A)
    Round 5 Pick 14: A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama (A)
Round 6 Pick 19: Kevin Norwood, WR, Alabama (A)
Round 6 Pick 33 (COMP): Seantrel Henderson, OT, Miami (Fla.) (A)
Round 6 Pick 34 (COMP): Dri Archer, WR, Kent State (A)
Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): Storm Johnson, RB, UCF (A)
    Round 7 Pick 18: Tom Hornsey, P, Memphis (A)

    Your Future Picks:
    2015 Round 1 Pick
    2016 Round 1 Pick

    1. 1x TE, 1x good WR
    2. 3 VERY GOOD edge rusher prospects. [Dee Ford, KVN, Jackson Jeffcoat] <- I probably could game the system a little by taking Anthony Johnson here instead of Jeffcoat.
    3. Decent ILB pick and SS pick, along with some decent RB/QB picks. I even drafted OT.
