As it should. I would welcome him to the team but lets be real here. Hes a crip or at least close with the Crips. He has Crip tattoos. He flashes crip signs on tv and on his instagram. He's friend with crips. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck its a duck. No one uses cc in a tattoo unless they are a crip.
and I don't understand why so many people can't see why a multi-million dollar sports teams would not want to pay $10 million a year for a guy who smokes weed and associates with gang members. regardless of whether the story has been blown out of proportion, it doesn't eliminate that it is reasonable to not want to pay him that kind of money based on what is actually true about the stories. Jackson created the situation with his behavior.
I'm not saying he's an angel. I think it's a tough depiction of the guy. He may be stupid and act a certain way. It doesn't make him a real criminal. I take these things with a grain of salt. It's like listening to a rapper, there all tough Guys right? There clowns who live in a cartoon world. This is my point to theses kind of rumors, they are the worst kind and due to Aaron Hernandez situation. True or not they have to be taken very seriously. Rotoworld is saying he signed with the redskins. Good for him
That's a fair point. I'm not saying there aren't red flags. My disgust here, is more with the media and how this got twisted. Again, you want to claim he's a moron, pain in the ass, doesn't work hard, smokes weed. That's fine. To attempt to connect him to murders is far cry from the above.
Everyone thought Aaron Hernandez just associated with bad people until he was arrested. Jackson had 20 grand and over 200 grand worth of stuff robbed from him. He has crip tattoos. Just because he hasnt been caught yet doesn't mean he's not a criminal which is why teams are scared of him. He's also lazy. There are plenty of reasons to not want to sign him.
Scared to sign him not scared like he's going to kill someone on the team. You should have been able to figure that out.
a Aaron Hernandez is a little different. His red flags were red circus tents. Isn't he named as a possible shooter in a Florida case where a guy lost an eye? I'm not positive, I agree there a reason for concern and to say we can't sign this guy. The way it unfolded out of nowhere is what seems off. The nfl has security and investigators they employ. You think after the Aaron Hernandez case, they didnt start looking hard at anyone with questionable acquaintances? There was never a bad word said about this guy in 6 years.
true. but still, it has to be pretty difficult to be connected, even remotely, to a murder unless you have some association to those who were involved. even if he did not commit the crime, would I want to pay $10 million to a player whose friends are likely suspects in murder and get your name, and my organization, mired in the muck of it? that's why many teams want to avoid him, and it certainly isn't something to feel sorry for him over.
I disagree. I don't know how he grew up and in the article where the police clarify the holes in the nj.com story, the detective said basically. This is not uncommon He has some loose association with these kind of people. Again a different argument. A 10 million dollar guy with questionable attitude and friends. I get that point. I'm just saying on the specific way he's being portrayed is wrong. I bet 50 percent of the people assume he was directly involved with these murders. Lol that's fucked up and I do feel bad for that.
I guess since I ran with gang member as a kid and my employer knows that. So I guess it ok for them to fire me after they gave me a big rise because my new boss doesn't like me. And use I had or have gang ties as the excuses. That what the Eagles are doing.
LOL..As long as your sure him and his wife coming to NY chose the Jets for football and not the extra glitter she was looking for. I am very happy we got him but him alone will be painful if we don't a proven deep threat on the other side.
I knew exactly what you meant and I have heard of no team afraid to sign him..in fact the latest team to have real interest is San Francisco if his price comes down. The only people I hear afraid to sign him are right here.
In essence yes. That's the real story, weather they planted it or not. There running with it. This becomes there "what did you want us to do moment" because of the rumors. The statements the police made, the eagles should have made IMO. I think it's a bit harsh, I also think its fucked up you have to dig deep to find the police article where they clear allot up, but plug in DeSean Jackson name and all the rumor stories pop up first
Ian Rapoport @RapSheet 3m DeSean Jackson exited #Redskins facility, source says (as @TarikCSN said). But plan is for him to stay in town with hopes of doing a deal
Bellicheat knew Hernandez was a known thug. As a Gator fan it is well known UF hid his criminal actions in Gainsville. Bellicheat has deep connections with UF and he placed Hernandez right into his home area with his gangster homies. Not upset at not signing (DeSean) this guy but rather the lack of any significant move besides Decker.
