I enjoyed Seton Hall's win, m'self. Of course, I saw none of it because I was working.

You can call him whatever you want as long as it has nothing to do with Sterling. Make up a new one if you really want.

Meija will be the starter over Dice-K, but it's nice that Dice has looked good in spring training. I doubt Niese will hold up for long. The offense only getting 2 hits today is pretty dismaying...why is Flores in the minors instead of Tejada again? Tejada provides nothing on offense..the pitcher would be better served batting twice instead of Ruben.

Well, we know the Mets will win tomorrow. Then lose the majority of their remaining games.

we know they're going to beat Strasburg with Gee starting and no Murphy?

Also, John Sterling sucks. That is all.

They have the best opening day record in the MLB, despite losing their first eight.

Okay guys here we go again....another futile attempt at .500 starts here!!

I am pinning my hopes on Lagares making strides along with D'Arnaud and the bullpen not sucking !!

Boys, we're gonna be seeing this all year. Met's bullpen blows the lead twice, then gives it up in the 10th. This will be common all season. It also tells me sandy is a bad GM, everyone knew the weakness going into the offseason...he basically does nothing to fix it up. There were rumors that Grant Balfour turned down a solid off from the Mets---he would have been a nice piece to have.

The Mets are going to have to call up some of those prospects to add to the bullpen at some point. DeGroom, Leathersich.

The bullpen can't possibly perform as badly as it did last season.

Looks like they're going to try, though.

Is it too early to call Granderson Jason Bay 2.0? Yikes.

    Yes, it is too early.

He should have a decent season.
