Like seriously all the push notifications that come to my iphone looks like some bipolar bitch that doesn't know what she wants in life.. All these contradictions
It's insane.. 2 days ago there were some rumors he's not 100 percent committed. Normal bullshit and no one knew a thing about anything else, now every single person is annihilating this guys character and acting as if he's the worst person on earth and this is a widely known thing. It's really disgusting.
Anyway, you may think that I am the only one on this site who believes that but I know there are also many others. Again, it's just an opinion but an opinion based on Fact. geno has Absolutely No pocket presence and is also very skittish in the pocket he does not look in control of the offense and in many occasions appears bewildered, many of his throws were erratic, in addition, he has the MOST Horrible throwing motion, I mean it's just TERRIBLE, EVERY time he throws the ball he looks like a chicken flapping his wings. Matt Simms on the other hand looked poised in the pocket, exuded confidence, was nimble enough to avoid the rush was very accurate and a howitzer for an arm. There is Absolutely NO doubt in my mind, if given the SAME opportunity, Matt Simms WILL blow away geno in a QB competition and would the next starting Jet QB. Oh, and by the way, you might as well learn something, the QB coach DOESN"T pick who will be the Starting QB. ps- Like I stated earlier, You should use spellcheck- Mornhinweg
DeSean Jackson was cut 24 hours ago. There's no indication at this point that a bidding war has developed for his services. That suggests that either Jackson is asking for too much from the teams that are inquiring or that teams are not yet making serious inquiries, that they're just sniffing around the edges a bit while they try to sort out what's going on. It's possible that one or two teams are hot on the trail of Jackson at the moment and that they're going to do what it takes to get him, however we'd probably have heard a numbers range by now if that was true. It would be in Jackson's best interests to leak the amounts in the serious offers he was getting to see if he could get anybody to offer more. It's going to be really interesting to watch this develop. Obviously KC and the Raiders are the two teams most likely to make the first real move, with maybe Carolina in the mix too if they think they can swing a deal without getting too much negative publicity in the process.
For a dude who randomly capitalizes words thay shouldn't be and doesn't capitalize words that should be, you rag an awful lot on other peoples' use of the English language. @jetsons
I don't disagree with you on whether he should take that kind of a deal. I just don't think he will see it logically like you do, that's my whole point. He doesn't care that Wallace is overpaid. He only looks at it as: Wallace gets $X, I am better than Wallace, therefore I should get more than Wallace. That is as far as the thought process goes. I agree that he will not get a Wallace type deal. However, I think he is going to set himself up to try to get one, and then in 2015 as a free agent, he will take whatever the best long term deal is (which will be more along the lines of what you are saying he should take right now.) His ego will not let him go do that right now, even if it's in his best interests. Just my opinion though, maybe I'm overestimating his ego.
Signing DeSean does give the Jets many options for #1 pick. Grab a TE make them even more well rounded offensively, providing more offensive weapons,or grab another WR for depth (but that can be added at 2nd or 3rd round), or like you said grab CB or S. If we do grab DeSean, regardless if everyone likes it or not, does give a little flexibility in the draft especially in the first 3 rounds.
smart move by idzik. you can only have so many bad guys on your team before it implodes. with vick here i doubt they look into anyone with questionable charecter
I think this is making a lot of assumptions of Jackson's personality. While it's clear he wants what he considers value for himself, he does have a highly paid, highly experienced agent. I very much doubt his agent will sit by idly while Jackson refuses every multi-year deal he is offered, even if the biggest deal isn't what Jackson would ideally want.
So what is your proof that Simms Is better? And why are you not an offensive coordinator then? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
He obviously drives around and shoots children with his gang brothers while selling crack to their anguished parents, haven't you seen the report??
To be fair when the poll was posted the only known downside of Jackson was that he wanted money and celebrated a lot.
