He wouldn't be talking restructure if it was concerning the Eagles but he could have been the messenger boy about what is going on. He has already said he wouldn't restructure to stay in Philadelphia so there is really no reason for the GM to be involved now.

I dont think we sign djax if he hits free agency. If he gonna take less i would think he goes to a real contender . Vick only here for a year and most likely wont even be our starter unless something bad happens with geno so i doubt he plays as big a factor as the media thinks. Just my opinion though

 

And right after my last post i get a notification with Rex saying "Vick will have legitimate oppurtunity to start over Geno" .. Jackson bait ? Maybe.. Still i dont think it plays a big factor

 

It's to Desean's advantage to stay with the Eagles. He won't get paid close to ten mil with any other team.

I voted, "No." As exciting as it is, thinking of the possibilities with such a talented guy in the line-up, I just wouldn't pull the trigger on a deal for an attitude-y receiver making huge money. Can so easily go wrong and put us back in the same shitty situation we were recently in with Holmes.

 

I think he'll get $10 million/year from someone if he's cut.

Source close to situation said that DeSean Jackson has called a few #Eagles teammates and told them he's staying after talk with Chip Kelly.

 

Its so weird to me that the Jets keep consistently referring to Desean specifically. I know he didn't say his name like Woody but ita obvious who he meant. This literally never happens. If we're really gonna get him, I hope its soon.
