You have a link showing where he signed with Philly? I have news sources linking him to 3-4 different teams. Do you also have sources confirming he will be 3rd string behind Barkley? You do realize there is this thing they have called training camp, right? Which teams does he have offering him a contract where he would definitely be offered a shot to start? You think he is starting over Bradford? Eli? Maybe if one of them goes down or has a terrible preseason but the same could happen if he goes to the Eagles.
mark sanchez was the definition of a professional and class act obviously he has his millions to comfort him, but i couldn't imagine being a bad QB in NY and he handled it extremely well. always took blame and never said the wrong things
Sanchez always kept it classy. He was a good guy, just not a good QB. It's a shame that the Jets fans belittled him so badly, despite him treating the fans with nothing but respect. I have a feeling he's going to turn it around in another year or so, but most Jets fans will only remember the butt fumble, not 2010, his 4 playoff wins on the road, or his 6th best post season QB rating in NFL history.
Not a done deal yet, how many phantom signings have there been this off season already. Not saying it won't happen but not done yet. I also noticed you underlined that he would be the 3rd QB on the Eagles roster, not sure if you think this means he is automatically 3rd string.
It all depends on him passing his physical. I'm guessing they have him number 3 on the depth chart because Barkley knows the system better than Sanchez at this point. Once camp starts I'm sure they'll compete for the number 2 spot.
He hasn't even signed a contract yet, teams don't generally put someone on the depth chart if they are not on the team. All the article was saying was that he is would be the 3rd QB on the roster not 3rd string. Not that it even matters since training camp is months away.
Hes going to Philly to win the job and win the Super Bowl. Eagles will be Super Bowl Champs by the time Super Bowl 51 is over.
Speaking for myself, I'm not folllowing him out the door to Philly 'cause I don't care about the Eagles or any other team for that matter. Some simply appreciate that he didn't choose to burn bridges walking out the door. I mean, even with your username, I doubt you'd follow the guy who called the Jets "liars" out the door to New England.
