Unless their "Big Board" only has 10 players on it, if Cooks went off Walters' Big Board, then they are clueless and no longer a worthy site imo.

Sorry, but I'd pretty much hate that draft. Ebron's a great talent, but he's about the only pick I like. I can't stand Amaro. Don't want him at all. I think he's way overrated. I like Carey, but don't think we need to take a RB that high at all. I like Dozier, but don't think he'll be there at our pick in the 4th round. Jeffcoat could be a decent pickup, but there are others I like better. For a 5th round WR Street is ok, just slow. I don't think Sam is all that good, could care less about his sexual orientation. Johnson would probably only be a STer, if that.

Your score is: 3848 (Drafting Ability: C, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 26 (CLE): Odell Beckham, WR, LSU (B+)
Round 2 Pick 17: Troy Niklas, TE, Notre Dame (A)
Round 3 Pick 7 (CLE): Stanley Jean-Baptiste, CB, Nebraska (B+)
Round 3 Pick 16: Charles Sims, RB, West Virginia (A-)
Round 4 Pick 4: Dion Bailey, FS, Southern California (B+)
Round 4 Pick 6 (CLE): Zach Mettenberger, QB, LSU (B)
Round 4 Pick 15: Cyril Richardson, OG, Baylor (B+)
Round 5 Pick 14: Ahmad Dixon, SS, Baylor (A)
Round 6 Pick 19: Deandre Coleman, DT, California (C)
Round 7 Pick 18: Denicos Allen, OLB, Michigan State (D)

not the best overall score, but I'd be content with a draft like this.

I'd love your first 5 rounds. The last two rounds would be wasted picks as far as I'm concerned.

    How about this?

    18 TE ERIC EBRON
    UNC

    49 G GABE JACKSON
    MISSISSIPPI

    80 WR JORDAN MATTHEWS
    VANDERBILT

    100 TE C.J. FIEDOROWICZ
    IOWA

    111 QB A.J. MCCARRON
    ALABAMA

    142 DE JACKSON JEFFCOAT
    TEXAS

    179 RB JEREMY HILL
    LSU

    210 CB VICTOR HAMPTON
    SOUTH CAROLINA

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

Double-dipping TE seems to have caught some interest for me as of late. Hah!

This was with the Optimum Scouting Board.

18 OT TAYLOR LEWAN (this could have been Lee or Beckham, but how often do you get a chance to draft a potential LT replacement for Brick at #18?)
    MICHIGAN

    49 TE TROY NIKLAS
    NOTRE DAME

    80 OT BRANDON THOMAS
    CLEMSON

    100 WR JOSH HUFF
    OREGON

    111 OLB JORDAN TRIPP
    MONTANA

    142 WR DONTE MONCRIEF
    OLE MISS

    179 ILB MAX BULLOUGH
    MICHIGAN STATE

    210 CB ANDRE HAL
    VANDERBILT

Lewan and Thomas could help solidify our OL for the next 10 years, and Lewan could conceivably beat out Giacommini, start at RT this year, then move to LT in 2015 or 2016. Niklas has the ability to stretch the seam and is a great blocker. The Jets seem to like Tripp and he's underrated. At WR this would add a burner in Huff and a bigger target in Moncrief. Getting Bullough (Harris' replacement) in the 6th round would be a steal. Hal would be a STer and could potentially switch to FS and be depth.

I like this one quite a bit. Ebron, Matthews and Fiedorowicz would give Geno some big targets to work with. Jackson should start immediately and help improve the run game. The only pick I don't like is McCarron, but even he could potentially be a decent backup in the WCO.

This was with Fanspeak's Board. Aside from Bridgewater, who I can believe fell to #18, this isn't a very sexy draft and I didn't like not getting a WR until the 6th round, but unless I had taken Davante Adams over ASJ in the 2nd round, I would have had to reach big time to get a WR before then. Murphy is a decent OLB prospect. Sims is speedy and is a great receiver out of the backfield, but he was more or less a bpa pick. With Goodson back, the Jets really don't need a RB. I didn't want to take Richburg. He was the BPA, and a steal that low imo. He would be Mangold's successor at C, and possibly could play OG until then. Reynolds and Johnson were combo bpa and need picks.

    18
    QB TEDDY BRIDGEWATER
    LOUISVILLE
    49
    TE AUSTIN SEFERIAN-JENKINS
    WASHINGTON
    80
    DE TRENT MURPHY
    STANFORD
    100
    RB CHARLES SIMS
    WVU
    111
    C WESTON RICHBURG
    COLORADO STATE
    142
    CB RASHAAD REYNOLDS
    OREGON STATE
    179
    WR RYAN GRANT
    TULANE
    210
    G WESLEY JOHNSON
    VANDERBILT

I almost religiously grab McCarron if he's there at the late 4th selection. The only thing I don't like about him is the fact that he didn't have to face hard pass rush in his college career. Other than that, I like a lot about this kid - his touch, accuracy, risk-averse mentality, winning mind-set. etc. If he is given some time to grow and learn the WCO, he can be a very good asset; he is not coming from Air-raid offense like SOMEONE, so he doesn't need to re-learn all the necessary basic fundamental stuff like that kid.

Jeffcoat pick was again, a small hope that Jets could turn him into OLB. [His height/weight fits the bill perfectly, and is a 5th round pick so there isn't much to lose in that experiment either.]

I can't draft past round 5. Not familiar with a lot of the players.

I was having one hell of a draft until the damn thing logged me out in the middle of it :( But I'll post what I got through just because I LOVE it, I was trying to draft Dion Bailey when it put me to the log in screen (btw they've added the comp picks now).

Round 2 Pick 30 (N.E.): Jeremiah Attaochu, OLB, Georgia Tech (A-)
Round 2 Pick 32 (SEA): Troy Niklas, TE, Notre Dame (A)
Round 3 Pick 16: Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt (A)
Round 3 Pick 26 (IND): Charles Sims, RB, West Virginia (A)

I used the Fanspeak big board. How is this:

Round 1 (18): Dee Ford, OLB, Auburn
Round 2 (49): Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech
Round 3 (80): Jared Abbrederis, WR, Wisconsin
Round 4 (104): Pierre Desir, CB, Lindenwood
    Round 4 (115): Ed Reynolds, S, Stanford
    Round 4 (137): De'Anthony Thomas, RB, Oregon
Round 5 (154): David Fales, QB, San Jose St.
Round 6 (195): Brandon Linder, OG, Miami
Round 6 (209): Jay Bromley, DT, Syracuse
    Round 6 (210) L'Damian Washington, WR, Missouri
Round 6 (213) Avery Williamson, ILB, Kentucky
Round 7 (233) Justin Britt, OT, Missouri

People underestimate our need for a pass rushing OLB. Dee Ford is a size/speed freak of nature, watch his highlights as he hunts Manziel and Winston with ease. Incredibly impressive.

Jets fans aren't really talking about Abbrederis, cause he's a little white guy. But he's gonna be a playmaker in the mold of Welker. I've seen Wisconsin highlights, and he made Russell Wilson look good 2 years ago with his amazing hands. And here in this highlight vid, you see him toasting corners on really good teams.

Thomas ... The EXACT compliment needed with Chris Ivory

I don't see this happening but....Very, very few trades in this one. In fact I only picked up an extra 2nd and 3rd round pick. The simulator has the comp picks in it now. I'd be very much in love with this draft through round 4, I kind of messed up the last 3 rounds but I do like the #7 pick, I should have taken Vander kamp instead of Boswell, don't know what I was thinking.
Your score is: 4815 (Drafting Ability: B, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

Round 1 Pick 24 (CINN): Marqise Lee, WR, Southern California (A)
Round 2 Pick 17: Dee Ford, DE, Auburn (A)

Round 3 Pick 16: Donte Moncrief, WR, Ole Miss (A)
Round 3 Pick 26 (IND): Charles Sims, RB, West Virginia (A)

Round 6 Pick 34 (COMP): Max Bullough, ILB, Michigan State (B)

Dee Ford is going to be a beast. This year's Chandler Jones, a guy who slips into the late teens early 20s where ppl look back and say how did Anthony Barr go ahead of him (Coples over Jones for example smh). If we can get him in round 2 we are golden.

don't understand why ppl rate Thomas as a th - 7th round picks. The guy is too explosive. Havent the Sproles and Woodheads of the world taught the NFL anything.

This draft personifies why I came to hate this draft simulator and think they are clueless.

Round 1 Pick 26 (CLE): Brandin Cooks, WR, Oregon State (A-)
    Round 2 Pick 17: Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Washington (A)
Round 3 Pick 7 (CLE): Dakota Dozier, OG, Furman (B+)
Round 3 Pick 16: Donte Moncrief, WR, Ole Miss (A)
Round 3 Pick 19 (CLE): Joel Bitonio, OT, Nevada (B-)
Round 4 Pick 4: Dion Bailey, FS, Southern California (B)
Round 4 Pick 15: Zach Mettenberger, QB, LSU (A)
Round 4 Pick 37 (COMP): Antone Exum, CB, Virginia Tech (A-)
Round 5 Pick 14: Brent Urban, DE, Virginia (B-)
Round 6 Pick 19: Rajion Neal, RB, Tennessee (B-)
Round 6 Pick 33 (COMP): Dri Archer, WR, Kent State (A-)
Round 6 Pick 34 (COMP): Kasim Edebali, OLB, Boston College (A-)
Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): Tom Hornsey, P, Memphis (A)
    Round 7 Pick 18: De'Anthony Thomas, RB, Oregon (C+)

Cooks is a perfect fit for the Jets and a great prospect. Trading down and getting him at #26 plus adding two 3rd picks would be a steal.
ASJ would be a great addition at TE. He's a good blocker and receiver
Dakota Dozier would be an excellent addition to the OL as would Bitonio and neither are graded that high. Bitonio would give us a flexible player who could play both OT and OG
Moncrief is another good, faster WR prospect
Bailey would be a great add to the FS position
    Mettenberger would be excellent value
Urban has a lot of upside at DE
Getting Archer at the bottom of the 6th round would be an absolute steal, but he'd never be there

We wouldn't need both Archer and Thomas, but there wasn't anyone in the 7th round that I liked better than Thomas.

Tried it after the comp pick considerations:

Your score is: 5049 (Drafting Ability: A-, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 19 (MIA): Anthony Barr, OLB, UCLA (A)
Round 2 Pick 18 (MIA): Dee Ford, DE, Auburn (A)
Round 3 Pick 16: Deone Bucannon, SS, Washington State (A)
Round 3 Pick 17 (MIA): Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt (A)
Round 4 Pick 4: Dion Bailey, FS, Southern California (B)
Round 4 Pick 15: Craig Loston, SS, LSU (A-)
Round 4 Pick 16 (MIA): Devonta Freeman, RB, Florida State (A)
Round 4 Pick 37 (COMP): Ryan Grant, WR, Tulane (A)
    Round 5 Pick 14: A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama (A)
Round 5 Pick 15 (MIA): Phillip Gaines, CB, Rice (A)
Round 6 Pick 19: Dri Archer, WR, Kent State (B-)
Round 6 Pick 33 (COMP): Aaron Lynch, DE, South Florida (B+)
Round 6 Pick 34 (COMP): Anthony Fera, K, Texas (A)
Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): Colt Lyerla, TE, Oregon (B+)
Round 7 Pick 18: Jeremiah George, ILB, Iowa State (C+)

The top of the board is dominated by defensive picks - two OLB prospects, but I had to pull the trigger at that sight - wouldn't you agree? Anthony Barr AND Dee Ford? And I swooped down on them after trading down.
