Hancock took over late. 2 big 3s, also a key steal followed by 2 free throws.

This could have ruined so many brackets, oh well

San Diego State blew a big lead late, including a mind-bogglingly bad turnover with a 3 point lead and about 20 to go

NMSU then missed a 3, but SDSU failed to rebound, the second 3 went down. Going to OT

I don't think NMSU should have gotten the ball there from the replay.

But since it was a foul by the SDSU player on the NM players shooting 3, I think the refs gave NMSU the ball as a makeup call

Wow I survived RD 1. It appears SD State gets North Dakota state next.

ncjunc, Xavier, Cincinati and Dayton aren't "little guys" basketball-wise in the mold of Univ. Akron, Univ. Toledo, Kent State, Bowling Green.

    Feel better?

Whining about referees is your stock in trade. I don't have to quote the oodles and oodles of your posts that invaribly pair a UNC loss with "bwaa!...the REFS!!...bwaaa~!"
    Own your whining ncjunc.

since you are obsessed w/ me you should know I haven't blamed many, if any losses on the refs. I do whine in game threads, it's my way to vent but outside of the Wake game I don't think I blamed officials for any Carolina loss and even in that game I don't think I blamed them but just complained about the way they were calling the game.

Now get back to worshipping me.

I read the odds on picking a perfect bracket are 9.2 Quintillion to 1.

That's 9.2 billion x a billion. That's 18 zeros after the decimal or in this case 17 zeros after the 2.

Sounds like something Dr. Evil would say.

that is the number of possible brackets

true odds, after eliminating the basically impossible ones are about 1 in 100 billion.

ESPN said they only have around 18,000 perfect brackets left! We aren't even through round 1. (yes this is round 1 to me, not the play in games)

    EDIT: found the tweet

    SportsCenter ‏@SportsCenter 21m
Don’t rip up your bracket yet. There are only 18,841 perfect @ESPNFantasy Tournament brackets. That's just 0.17% of 11 million submitted.
