I'm not... I think those last few games of the season got Milliner gassed up. He walking around now thinking he could cover everybody in the league... Ideally, we would have him play as the number 2 this year and transition him to the number 1 in his 3rd year.... Doesn't look like that is going to happen so far.

I was being sarcastic. Idzick is a moron and I don't care what any self proclaimed analyst on this board proclaims.

Shoot I know I am. Last year we got rid of Puoha, and DeVito and placed an unproven rookie in Devito's place and we had a competition for the starting NT spot between undrafted 2nd year player Damon Harrison and 3rd year player Kenrick Ellis. And Harrison emerged as the starter and was one of the best NT's in the league.

We had a competition between Bush, Allen, and Jarrett and Allen emerged as our starting safety and he was solid last year.

After moving on from Bart Scott, unproven DeMario Davis took over and was decent last year.

After letting Keller go, Cumberland took over and emerged as a solid TE.

If you've missed the memo. The Jets are getting younger and are putting unproven players in certain spots.

I don't think he is a moron we just gotta wait and see how this plays out... We all thought he was a moron for taking Sheldon in the first round and look how that worked out.

I don't know enough about college football, so I'm never sure whats what. I'm praying his genius plan works. Which seems to be draft 8 impact rookies.... Great plan. Other thn Richardson, jury out on his last draft

3 starters in your first three picks... That's pretty good in my book. 4 if you include Winters.

No, your response is comical. Rex may not have wanted Cro back, because of his play or something else. Idzik is trying to build a young team, not one with a bunch of over-the-hill stopgaps. If Idzik does nothing before the season starts and the Jets CBs get beaten like a drum, THEN you can complain and say what you will, but for now, until all the facts are in, you're just making yourself look bad.

Interesting theory you have but ok....so i haveto root for failure to prove ,my point? I hope I'm wrong and idzik is anything more than a money manager. To this point it's what he seems like. So your thought is he's a smart football guy and knows what he's doing? You base this off what? All his time previously as a gm? That's right, he has no experiance. His stellar draft last year? All his low ball contracts? When the facts come out it, it will be to late. Until then I should sit idle and not complain and pray like all the idzick believers? There's enough of you guys doing that. I'll pass

Idzik hasn't failed anything yet. To say he has is ridiculous. Did you see the quote from the NY Times today of how Idzik's opinion was very important in Tampa Bay? He has a fair amount of personnel and scouting background. He's not just a bean counter and attorney like Tanny. He may ultimately fail, but he hasn't yet. He's still in his 1st year with the Jets or early part of the 2nd. As you said, he's never been a GM before. Everyone makes mistakes. If he has made some mistakes this offseason, hopefully he learns from them and isn't stubborn or blind. If he is, that will show in time, and I will join you in calling for him to be fired, but at this point, there is absolutely no reason to be as down on him as you and some of the others are.

Well said, I just disagree. I think it's not to early to be worried. I pray I'm wrong.

Cro got torched all season long, I think he's declined to where he won't be a good CB ever again. I think there was really no choice but to move on from him.

We don't need 2 Revises to have a good defense, I'm sure we'll wind up with better CB play than we had last year, where the defense was pretty good despite having really bad CB play until December.

LMFAO!!! Kyle Wilson can't even start for this team four years after being drafted. He's an abominable CB.

Again, I'm dumbfounded by all the blind faith in the accountant idzick, then with the idea of milliner and Wilson being the top corners. I must be watching different games where these guys aren't good. Maybe I need a new tvtv

I never thought I'd see the day when people were wringing their hands over the loss of Cromartie. Did you not see him last year? He was terrible. God awful terrible. Not sure how it could be any worse. Cry about Ro-Cro, but this Cro? Please.

He had a bad year for sure.. I don't know if u think Wilson and milliner played better. Cro worst season he played better than them, with an injury. That's the panics going into next year .

Geno got us to 8-8 was a great value pick..

Milliner is not terrible as he showed plenty of promise in the last 4 games... top 10 corner in this league in the next few years..

Winters held his own for most of the season... I say it was a pretty good draft.
