Nothing says they are shopping him but that's an excellent fit. Mostly any high priced corner on a cash strapped team is a possibility I would think.
I'm wasn't talking about Milliner at all. I'm just not sure if Walls is ready, and without a veteran at the position or with much depth, he MIGHT be put in the position to fail. Especially because he didn't take time away from Cromartie last year who played injured and terrible.
Ian Rapoport @RapSheet 2m #Jets host Michael Vick Friday & worth noting they are among teams who have inquired about DeSean Jackson via trade. Vick & DeSean are close
From yesterday Dennis Agapito @Dennis_Agapito 8m Jets are looking to swing a trade for Houston Texans cornerback Johnathan Joseph, per source #nyj Ian Rapoport @ RapSheet 2d When #Texans make their move with Matt Schaub (cut or trade), expect them to have interest in #Jets QB Mark Sanchez if/when he’s released

I wish we could swing a trade where both QBs restructure then make the trade so they get Sanchez and we get Schaub and JJ
Desean Jackson would be a HUGE addition to this team. That would change our entire approach to the draft.
I really like this, I know a lot of people don't but again Vick/Jackson/Decker/Kerley/Ebron looks real nice on paper.
DeSean Jackson would be fuckin awesome!!!! The guy is a huge weapon and would flourish under MM again. It would really allow us to open up in the draft. Imagine: DeSean Jackson, Eric Decker, Jeremy Kerley, David Nelson, Eric Ebron, Chris Ivory, Bilal Powell, and Mike Goodson. Talk about upgrade at offensive weapons. Hell yeah
Definitely exciting for the potential, but I just don't trust Desean with a rookie like Geno. I can see him being in Geno's ear to get him the ball and providing devastating sound bites to the ny media if we went on a losing streak where he didn't catch as many balls as he would've liked.
That's what I'm afraid of but from everything I've been reading, he was a great help in the growth of Foles. He helped tremendously and was a great locker room presence. Again, this is from one point of view so Idk whether to believe it or take it with a grain of salt.
Because he cannot turn and he cannot stop with his hip. All he does anymore is grab guys going by. why pay a guy like that. He is not exactly a technician back there. He usually jus out-athletes guys.
If Vick does sign with us he will know from the start that the starting job will not automatically be his. So of course there is a chance that he does not start for us and he is the backup from Geno and he is willing to play the back up role until whenever his number is called. And he also has to rememeber, just because he is named the starter Week 1 it does not mean he will be the starter for every game after that. He needs to be able to prove he should start and once he does prove that he can start he needs to also prove on a weekly basis that the job is his to lose and not Geno's to win.
And you know this how? Why would the job automatically be his? What if Geno Smith wakes up tomorrow and becomes the next Peyton Manning. What if he doesn't. How do you know who will win the starting job before the offseason workouts even begin?
If you wanted to actually read what I wrote I clearly put the job WONT automatically be his. I gave an example of what could possibly happen if Vick wins the battle or does not win the battle.
Oh Lmao! My bad dude. I read over it fast and with all the dumbass posts lately, I assumed this was another one. Continue on
I'd re-read that if i were you, I don't think thats quite what he was saying. edit- i see you caught, moving on.
