What I find hysterical and at the same time cool is that tonight we had more interviews during the game from the NY Knicks brass then we have had in the last 2 years combined.

We had Phil Jackson with Al Trautwig
    Phil Jackson with Walt Frazier
    Dolan with Al Trautwig
    Mills with Al Trautwig

Now, during the interview with Dolan, Trautwig asked him about the first meeting and what he learned. He said he learned he knew nothing about running a basketball team. I think Jacksons first lesson for Dolan was to tell him this media nonsense of never talking to the press with the greatest franchise in the world is suicide.

While Dolan sounds like a dork...acts like a dork..he is our dork. I love seeing the guy out there now...acting like a complete moron...but thats ok. He owns such a huge franchise and now has let these guys talk to the press and just get out there and Im really loving it.

great post! Phil was saying Tuesday he would be open with the media than the past. Then Dolan/Phil took questions. Dolan went on the radio fro the first time in 7 years! Now Dolan was interviewed I think on ESPN also, I can't remember now.

    NYK Schedule:

    @ PHI, vs CLE, @ LAL, @SAC.

    Then.....

@ PHX, @ GS, @UTA, vs BK, vs WAS, @ MIA, @ TOR, vs CHI, @ BK, vs TOR

So anyone thinking playoffs, I don't mean to ruin the optimism, but you should be ready to miss.

This IND game was big for the Knicks. Could have started another losing streak if you beat up on all the sub .500 teams then run into IND at home and get blown out. Credit where credit is due, Mike Woodson found a working rotation, Amare is playing great and not hurting the team, and Felton is making key plays.

But yeah Knicks can probably only be allowed 1-2 losses if they want to make the playoffs. 4 back of ATL in the L column who have won 5 in a row. And 4.5 back of CHA in the L column who have lost 2 in a row.

    ATL schedule:
vs NOP, @ TOR, vs PHX, @MIN, vs POR, @ WAS, vs PHI, vs CHI, vs CLE, @ IND, vs DET, vs BOS, @ BK, vs MIA, vs CHA, @ MIL

    CHA schedule:
vs POR, vs HOU, vs BK, @ ORL, vs WAS, @ PHI, vs ORL, @ CLE, @WAS, @BOS, vs PHI, @ ATL, vs CHI

The funny thing is he barely owns anything. His family cashed in a long time ago, he & cablevision own very very little of MSG corp, yet the shareholders are happy to have him as clown in charge

And he and others along with Sheldon Silver are why the Jets are sharing Metlife with the Giants.

I agree GG..but whether its the clown in charge..or anything like that...what he has done with Cablevision is built a big bad bully. Im not a fan of cablevision..I will post my bill here anytime so we can puke.

With that said, this guy and his boys are the face of this franchise and it fits better when the face is out there...even with an ugly mug like that. Once you get the face out there, you begin facing accountability. That is what Jackson has brought to this town now..accountability. As a Knick fan or a Ranger fan, thats all many have asked for the past 10 years.

Now I think many are not fooled that if this thing stinks and goes south and Jackson runs back to Montana, Dolan will never be seen again...ever.

Harrison Ford owns a ranch in Montana. He probably plays blaster laser tag with Phil wearing Star Wars costumes. Phil probably plays Boba Fett and when Dolan visits he's Princess Lei

Let's see if the Knicks can keep the streak alive, Melo needs to get off to a good start tonight and hopefully we keep up the defensive intensity from last game.

Woodson plays with fire everytime the Knicks are in a position where the game LOOKS to be over...and he almost got burnt tonight. Like an extra minute on the court will kill anyone. What a joke.

and the one thing I never saw coming is Atlanta losing at home tonight to N.O. Never saw that coming and its official..its on baby. I would just love to see this team sneak in and get to play the Pacers. Chances of beating them? Normally 10 percent but it might be an inteesting match up after all.

With the Knick schedule the next 3 games and Atlanta...if they can get it to 2 with 10 to play its on.

Almost threw up last night...I can't take this anymore. Woodson, I get he wants to rest people, but screw their rest, we are fighting here.

OH and btw, on this win streak, AMARE has been playing SOLID BALL.

HEY, YOU NEVER KNOW. Remember Dallas get bounced out? Is it a great chance? No, but again, you never know. First we have to get there.

Way better than losing to crappy teams like earlier in the season. If the Knicks squeak in, they have the potential to make some noise. I wouldn't mind an Indiana rematch in the least. We've been able to hang with them both matchups and really should have won both.

ATL just lost to the Raptors! If the Knicks win tonight they are 2 games out of the spot and they nullify that big 9 game losing streak from early in the year. They just gotta keep winning.

I posted this after they beat Indiana, I was reffering to Indiana as the "crappy team", and yes I agree they can beat Indiana. Indiana is a completely different team on the road and that means they can potentially lose all 3 road games. The only reason why they beat the Knicks last year was because they stole game one.
