Have to agree except for "greasy Hair" & "curry eating" bit. We can all get upset without the ugliness.

Jackson, Boldin and Crabtree is a nasty receiving corps.

Isn't DJ's $ only $10m per year for 3 years? He was paid the bonus upfront and wouldn't philly be stuck with that dead cap $? Just going by the numbers at overthecap.

they might as well try to win this season. with Kaep wanting a big pay day and SF not being certain on paying him 18m/year

He's 3 years and 30.75M for whoever acquires him. That's 10.25M average on the cap. The only guys more expensive in terms of cash outlay over the next 3 years are CJ, Larry Fitzgerald, Percy Harvin and Mike Wallace and Harvin and Wallace would be just a little bit more expensive.

We will not trade for Dasean Jackson. He's a great player but Idzik will not do it. His philosophy is building through the draft he won't give up a high draft pick for a receiver who wants paid ( another thing Idzik doesn't like). It's a nice thought but it's not realistic. We'll add a few more cheap low risk signings but don't get your hopes up on D-Jax

No worries, it didn't seem to make sense to me unless I had a little Jekyll and Hyde thing going on.

If he wasn't fragile and somewhat inconsistent he'd be able to write his own ticket somewhere. He just had the best season of his career and only the second 16 game season. That's why Philly is looking to trade him. They're not going to let him go for a 3rd round pick. He's going to go for a Percy Harvin type deal. 1st and a lower pick. Maybe a couple of 2nds and a lower pick.

Philly is looking to capitalize on him at the peak of his value and get out from under the backloaded years of his deal at the same time. The team-friendly years were '12 and '13. Now payment is coming due and his trade value has never been higher.

I have a good hearty chuckle when I see someone praise Idzik for "drafting S. Richardson" last year. He drafted Richardson no more than Tanny drafted Revis. The major players in the draft for the Jets is their scouting department. Yes, Idzik may get credit for his BPA philosophy and sticking to it, but the fact is he had very little to do with the evaluation of Richardson as a player and subsequently where he was placed on their board. Noobs

I think A. Berry can be a good corner he is someone who can step up in this system, if healthy.

    DMil, Walls, Wilson, and Berry...
