Thats funny LongTimeJetsFan because all ive heard for the last week was how he played great even under Tebow.

Tebow had the monster game against the Steelers, where was Decker? oh wait surprise surprise, 0 catches 0 yards while Thomas was absolutely playing his heart out. Then the game against the Jets, 0 catches 0 yards, cant handle the tough defense huh? and you guys expect him to transition to our top receiver? .....

"Well that was years ago Soxxx!!!! stop bringing up stuff from 2011"......oh wait lets go check the most recent game, 1 catch for 6 yards. Slight improvement I must admit, its a lot better than the 0 catches for 0 yards I guess? So when this guy has Talib covering him, you think he's going to do well? or how about when Revis covers him twice?

Over/under .5 catches in those games?

They have other pieces now and plus he's injury prone so letting him go makes sense for them.

Now you're just selling Britt short. When healthy he's a very good player.
That's where we disagree IMO he's no better than Kerley or Nelson. We literally another version of those guys. Don't let the inflated numbers fool you. Come September he'll be our number 1 receiver and he's gonna be exposed.

No I implied that you can look up the reasons as to why I was posting under a different account. I am not going to disclose the account to you, no one on this board is even aware that i had the other account, and at this point its a thing of the past, the events of three years ago are long gone my friend, and you will not get the name of the account because its not necessary.

I think what people pointed out was that he produced even with Tebow at QB. That was also only his 2nd year in the league where a lot of receivers are still learning the NFL game. I don't recall ever having seen a single person say he was great with Tebow at QB but maybe I missed that.

If you're going to use his numbers with Tebow at QB as the basis of your argument you've already lost. Game over. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200. You lose. Honestly, using a receivers lack of production as a fault of theirs with Tebow at QB has to be one of the most ignorant things I've ever read on here and that's saying a lot. He is likely the most retarded QB to ever see extended playing time in the modern NFL and that's not an exaggeration. Also - Decker had more yards, more receptions and more TD's with Tebow at QB than Demaryius Thomas. So there's that.

Watch the guy play a little. He's a pretty good receiver. He makes our receiving corps better.

Hmmm, anyone else think that making this signing such a priority has anything to do with the amount of pub the JETS will get now on their reality show?
You know Woody has to be thinking this and made this happen!

IMO Decker is a good receiver when he's with a good cast ala S.Holmes but from reading all the reports the JETS went hard after him. Was he really the #1 receiver on the market?
    Maybe for Woody's PSL's

Definitely only wanted him for the reality show that no one watches. Not like we had any need for a WR or he was best one available.

I read exactly what you wrote and it was beyond silly. Is it really debateable that he was best available?

That's not a character issue? Jealous and hate towards your own teammate, to the point where you are a liability to the team.

Soxxx, you are really looking bad here. Take a step back, put down the bong, put down the liquor. Decker is the better player at this stage, he's durable and is a physical wide out.

No, you're just hating on Decker and imagining Britt to be way better than he's ever been. Ever. He sucks.

I think we get it, you hate current and new and soon to be former Jets.

    You should go with that.

    It suits you.

Don Maynard caught 0 passes in Super Bowl 3.

I see the Jets as a better team with Decker than they were a few days ago. The contract is not ludicrous based on Decker's level of play.

A compulsive adolescent. They don't think they are lying. No accountability.

I am so glad I raised my children to take responsibility for themselves.
