Supposedly Revis contacted the Jets to get them to up the offer made from the Pats,but we may never know the full story.
Ive never ever said a bad thing about Revis, but honestly fuck him for doing this, this isn't at all funny and actually hurts a little more than id like to admit. I just wonder how many Jets fan still loved and supported Revis even while he was in Tampa.I went to that game Bucs game on Monday night gainst Carolina.And just rooted for him lol. And with him going to NE, idk this shit sucks its like he was so fucking close to coming back, you wonder if he actually intended on coming back at all or he was just looking to manipulate and use the Jets and Pats against each other. Fuck the Jets too, I don't know exactly what the situation was or what was discussed but up until this point we haven't signed a single FA yet. 40 mil under the cap still havent let go of Sanchez and you really couldn't go to 13 mil to sign arguably the best player in franchise history. Idzik you would have looked like a genius if you pulled this off and you really couldn't go to 13 mil, Revis is about his money so I'm pretty sure this is exactly what the case was. Regardless I'm still a jet fan and unfortunately will be for the rest of my life, hopefully we can just make good picks this upcoming draft.
As of right now,we are no better than last year.I think he is a full believer in building through the draft but that will be a lot more than just this year.We need to fill several holes now especially with the loss of Howard.
Ok Mr.know it all. Tell me what our GM has done to make the Jets better? Last season he had excuse but he doesn't now. We are almost 40mil under the cap.
