It's not that I dislike what he says as much as the fact that the offseason (FA and the draft in particular) is rampant with smokescreens, rumors, speculation, etc. Couple that with specific examples where Mehta (or his "sources") have been flat out wrong and I just find it hard to totally buy into anything he says until I see it with my own eyes.

That qb is getting old and has no help. That coach will eventually run out of ideas. And we damn near beat them both times we played them last year. I'm not nearly as worried about them as I used to be
You know what's interesting, I don't think there's been any leaks from the Jets at all. It's all speculation based on roster holes, which is a different type of experience when we always got behind the scenes stuff
Verner came cheaply. If Johnny had serious interest, he'd be a Jet right now. With the top FAs off the market, I at least want Cap Munnerlyn to play the slot.

Donald Brown signed with the Chargers for about 10.5 Mil... On to another RB, I wouldn't be shocked if we do land MJD... He's a lil older but is still a solid runner and fits some needs. Very good pass protector and has real good hands... Would be a good complimentary back to Ivory. Would be a little like when we had LT.
