I really don't give a crap unless you provide a name If there are that many options it shouldn't be hard for you. Nobody's worth the money. And no WR's or TE's have been signed yet...

Don't want Ware,Sanders or any other vet that is only a 2-3 yr player. I wanna sign young guys and build threw the draft like SEA. We need to give these young guys a chance to play and maybe we find a few diamonds. Not giving playing time to young talent is what losers do.

Idzik's mantra is competition and building the team through the draft. I never expected him to sign someone that would have to be guaranteed a starting spot. Not all GMs would do things that way, but I think it's a reasonable way to approach things. Being a cap guy, first and foremost, he's not gonna over spend on a player. He's smart and patient, so isn't gonna panic and make a move just to placate Jets fans who want to see something happen. I fully expect him to sign a number of cheaper FAs who are quality players who will improve the overall depth and quality of talent on the team. He will probably make some of the moves that Br4adway or whatever his crazy name is and lock up Wilk, and move some of the money of older players into this season, giving the Jets plenty of cap space going forward. He will undoubtedly save some money for camp cuts or bringing in players during the season if players go down with serious injuries.

I know it's hard being patient being a Jets fan when that's all we've had to be for 45 years and counting. Tanny ruined a generation of Jets' fans expectations for how to handle FA and the draft, and build a roster. Step back, take a deep breath and relax, grasshopper.

Good Idea! Lets never get that Wide Receiver that we need!

Unless an elite player slips to 18, the Jets shouldn't consider anyone other than a WR unless like four or five WR's are already gone by 18 and there are no first round WR talents left.

Sanders is 26, he's much more than a 3 year player.

If you don't have a RT, you aren't going to throw the ball to that WR.

There is so much talent at WR in this draft, after Zach Martin the OT group drops significantly. If we don't replace Howard, Geno is fucked.

You're welcome to come to the draft forum and learn a few things.

Notice how most of the work today is being done by the clubs with terrible rosters. Happily the Jets are not desperate at any position. They can afford to lay back and go for quality not quantity.

He fits well with PITT and I don't like throwing $$$ at a position that is easier to find then say a top LB or OL. It is truly like rolling dice when it comes to drafting QB,OL and LB's

    Julius Peppers was released.

Between Ware and Peppers, who's the better of the two for the Jets, taking all things into consideration?

Not sure how u define desperate but I would say we may be teetering at RT - as a result of Howard hitting the market, WR, and in the secondary.
