Lamar Woodley is good but he's been called out for being lazy by his own teammates and how much would he want. I would offer a 1 year prove it deal.

you don't win in the NFL by working at a snails pace. If most of us worked at a snails pace at our jobs we'd be fired. That's not very encouraging

You are asking way too much of people when you ask that question, apparently. I've asked it to three people, got one response, and it was "when things don't get done, I whine" so....

Meh. Woodley is too injury prone. I'd take a look at Anthony Spencer. He's played the 3-4 OLB position and has some upside.

I would rather sign Revis at $14 million then sign Verner, talib, Ect. At $11 million.

If we could get Revis back I would be ecstatic. It would be robbery. 1st rounder and 4th rounder to let the bucks borrow Revis for one season. Cap is 10million+ over what it was. Basically if you wanted him at 12 million last year then paying him 14-15 million isn't as bad this year then it would have been last year. Revis would make this defense elite again paired with milliner and this front seven. Just would need a cover safety added to Allen at strong safety.

Last year, we trade Revis, and get Sheldon Richardson and Dee Milliner. This year, we get him back, and our D features Wilkerson, Richardson, Harrison, Ellis, Coples, Harris, Davis, Revis, Milliner, Allen, Landry.....WOW, talk about one of the all-time great defenses!!!!!!

If Idzik pulls this off, he would be an absolute genius! :)

Yea it would be much better to sign as many free agents as we can without really thinking about the consequences.

I hope everyone realizes that the cap increases needs to be reflected on the players salary.

After a June 1st cut of Sanchez, we will have $49mil+ to spend. $15mil or so on rookies and another $3.5mil add'l on MoWilk(he cap number is currently at $2.1mil)

Where are we going to spend the balance $30 mil????

I really hope Idzik doesn't screw this up. With 12 picks and $30mil on FA's(by my calculation), we can put together a monster of a roster.

Why is everyone stressing about the non signings right now??

Being honest, I don't see very many good deals being made, it's just overpay after overpay right now. Patience is a virtue...

I hope that quote doesn't mean Idzik is indecisive. That's the impression I am getting.
