One CB was signed. And he was overpaid big time. Verner, Rodgers-Cromartie and Munnerlyn are still available (as far as I know). I'm happy the Jets are staying out of this first day nonsense and VERY happy they didn't sign Davis at 10M a year despite all the rumors.

A boatload of 2's is light years ahead of what we have now.

I'm pretty sure Vontae Davis just used the Jets to jack up the price in Indy and they fell for it bunch of suckers 10M a year LoL

What gives you hope? Overpaying for someone? I don't get it.

I agree, we shouldn't break the bank on a CB. But at the same time, if we wait too long all the good ones will be gone. .........an idea - imagine if we signed Revis, and paired him with Milliner, with how great our front 7 is!! ..... geez we might have one of the all-time great Ds if we did that!

right..but were not signing two pricey free agents…i just asked if deckers price came down.. and is the same price as the other fas..

I'm just saying everyone says decker is only good because of thomas..but everyone wants sanders who plays with big ben and plays next to antonio brown

Malcom Jenkins, Verner and Ware = Epic D

Then Draft offense in a deep WR class!

Malcolm Jenkins was signed by the Eagles. I would've at about 5M a year. I would've liked him as well. Only guys I would've wanted at the contracts they got were Jenkins and perhaps Geoff Schwartz from KC. Although I haven't seen details on his contract.

no i understand that. I dont understand why we have done NOTHING but make more needs for ourself. And knowing idzik he's not gonna go for instant impact players. Im just saying. idk about you but i want to see this team in the playoffs next year. Its not rocket science as to what we need. And its looking like some of the plans we been praying and posting on here about for months now are failing. we'll see though

Heck yeah, where do I sign? :) Jenkins is gone, but Verner and either Ware or Lamarr Woodley, imagine that! If not Verner, how about bringing Revis back? ...... I'm drooling over here! :D

Some suggestions as to what they should have done would help your argument much more than simply saying the Jets should've done more
