I don't. The Browns will essentially be trading back from 4 to 7 and giving up their 2nd rounder(35) to grab Revis for 5 years 13 million a year with half guaranteed. With half of it guaranteed, maybe Revis's family has some financial security.
I don't think it is a good move either but there's NO way Revis was going to Cleveland in open free agency. They'd have had to spend the full $16M a year with guarantees to get him there.
Maybe they think someone will give more. Or the don't think he will sign there because he might want a chance to win
Because somebody else will offer him the same deal and he's going to go to Cleveland if that happens?
