Pretty much the only difference was Cincy had "Bengals" written across their helmets and no stripes.

The other major difference was the lack of TV numbers on the Bengals uniforms. I happen to like this sort of look. The Bengals were the last team to wear jerseys with numbers only on the front and back.

    Other favorites of mine-
    1964-73 Bills

1971-77 Falcons (red helmets, white pants)

Cardinals ever since they put the cardinal on the helmet which may have been '61. The one exception are the black jerseys. I hope they never wear them again.

Saints of the Jim Mora era

Broncos road unis 1969-71, 1978-79- blue helmet, white jersey, orange pants

    Oilers of Earl Campbell era

I'd go with this one, used only in 1963, their first season after the name change to the Jets-

Love the numbers on the helmets. Love how the powder blue matches the SD weather. When they wore these throwbacks a few years ago, I thought for sure fans would demand they go back to these.

Love the jerseys and helmets w/black facemasks. Not a huge fan of the gray pants, but always thought these unis were cool.

[IMG] Always like the Bears look with the dark blue pants.

[IMG] This remains the best look for the Steelers and the Giants

[IMG] Eagles (and Cards) looking their best

[IMG] The definitive Bills uni for me

Never loved the Browns unis, but the brown jersey/orange pants combo was cool. I'm very afraid of the new unis they will debut next year.

I've always been a big fan of the Chargers' 60's unis with the numbers on the helmet.

When we came out with the retro-style unis several years ago, after the switch from the Ken O'Brien-era, the Giants almost immediately went back to the script NY on the helmets. I can't stand when the Giants wear their current red road jerseys: I think it looks awful and feels like it's completely misguided for a team whose primary colors are blue and white. I know they've had red in the unis in the past, but seeing them now reminds me of teams who come out with alternate black unis just to sell more merchandise.

I kinda wish New England would go back to the 80's unis as well. I was never a fan of them adding the silver and switching the logo around. I like the Minuteman snapping the ball over the current swoosh version. I don't mind them wearing the red jerseys as it just seems to fit better with their scheme.

Loved when the Giants had the numbers on the helmets. Our senior year in HS, as captains we voted to put the numbers on our helmets. Was a great look.

As a kid, the only non-Jets jersey I ever had....

Awesome unis. Weird that the two different Chargers era unis are probably my most favorite.
