Good! I hope it will enable him to drop to the Jets.

    My latest dip on it:

Your score is: 4807 (Drafting Ability: B, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
    Round 1 Pick 21 (G.B.): C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama (A)
Round 2 Pick 17: Antonio Richardson, OT, Tennessee (B+)
Round 2 Pick 20 (ARI): Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Washington (A)
Round 2 Pick 23 (CINN): Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt (A)
Round 3 Pick 5: Deone Bucannon, SS, Washington State (A)
    Round 3 Pick 16: Stanley Jean-Baptiste, CB, Nebraska (A-)
Round 3 Pick 24 (CINN): Terrence Brooks, FS, Florida State (A-)
Round 4 Pick 15: Anthony Steen, OG, Alabama (B+)
Round 5 Pick 14: Morgan Breslin, OLB, Southern California (B-)
Round 6 Pick 19: James White, RB, Wisconsin (A)
Round 7 Pick 18: Aaron Lynch, DE, South Florida (A-)

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've got to admit, I gamed the system here.

This draft sim penalizes you if you double-dip; so I stayed clear of double-dipping with the only exception of Morgan Breslin at round 5.

    ================================================

    Second attempt:

Your score is: 4527 (Drafting Ability: B-, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 31 (DEN): Odell Beckham, WR, LSU (A-)
Round 2 Pick 19 (CHI): Kyle Van Noy, OLB, Brigham Young (A)
Round 2 Pick 26 (N.O.): David Yankey, OG, Stanford (B+)
Round 2 Pick 31 (DEN): Ed Reynolds, FS, Stanford (A)
Round 3 Pick 5: Ryan Shazier, OLB, Ohio State (A)
Round 3 Pick 11 (STL): Deone Bucannon, SS, Washington State (A)
Round 3 Pick 16: Victor Hampton, CB, South Carolina (A)
Round 3 Pick 27 (N.O.): JaWuan James, OT, Tennessee (B-)
Round 4 Pick 15: Devonta Freeman, RB, Florida State (A)
Round 4 Pick 17 (CHI): Josh Mauro, DE, Stanford (B-)
Round 5 Pick 14: Kirby Van Der Kamp, P, Iowa State (B)
Round 5 Pick 16 (CHI): Zach Mettenberger, QB, LSU (A)
Round 6 Pick 19: A.C. Leonard, TE, Tennessee State (D-)
Round 7 Pick 18: Colt Lyerla, TE, Oregon (E)

Sure, I did fill up TE spot with project picks, and I only got 1 WR prospect out of the entire draft. Still, I like this draft better than the one above. [I took the combine performance into consideration in this.] I just don't see how the latter draft scores less than the one above; the second draft addresses the weakness at the secondary extensively [3 VERY good picks] on top of 2 blue-chip OLB prospects - ya know, just about everything Jets D needs. It even provides one more body at DE rotation for breathers.

If that wasn't enough, it also beefs up the OL, [good OG and OT picks] and brings good WR/RB prospects as well as some competition for QB spot. [I had to grab Mettenberger there. I just had to.] Leonard looked as good as any TE prospect in the combine - so I had no reservation to pick him at 6th. Colt could be a boom or bust - at 7th. No risk involved.

Here is my draft for the Jets.

    18
    OLB KHALIL MACK
    BUFFALO

    49
    WR KELVIN BENJAMIN
    FLORIDA STATE

    69
    OT ANTONIO RICHARDSON
    TENNESSEE

Hardest choice was choosing between two guards I liked in round three.

The kid from Colorado State was also available and he had a great senior bowl but I went with Thomas who has long arms and had a great combine.

My second attempt didn't turn out bad either (can't believe I had to pass up Mike Evans):

    18
    OT TAYLOR LEWAN
    MICHIGAN

    49
    G XAVIER SU’A-FILO
    UCLA

    69
    WR DAVANTE ADAMS
    FRESNO STATE

Ok, well I think trading is a bit over the top in this thing. You can easily end up with 20 draft picks. That kind of thing never happens.

Anyway, here is my first full draft. I'd do backflips if this were our real draft.

Your score is: 4206 (Drafting Ability: C, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 18: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M (A)
Round 2 Pick 26 (N.O.): Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech (A)

Round 3 Pick 14 (DAL): Jeremiah Attaochu, OLB, Georgia Tech (A)
Round 3 Pick 17 (MIA): Jared Abbrederis, WR, Wisconsin (B-)
Round 4 Pick 13 (NYG): Devonta Freeman, RB, Florida State (A)
Round 4 Pick 15: Andrew Norwell, OG, Ohio State (E)
Round 5 Pick 7 (ATL): Tajh Boyd, QB, Clemson (F)
Round 5 Pick 14: Kirby Van Der Kamp, P, Iowa State (B)
Round 5 Pick 15 (MIA): Deion Belue, CB, Alabama (A)
Round 6 Pick 12 (STL): Bennett Jackson, CB, Notre Dame (B+)

Yeah, but the only problem is that Cooks will never fall to the 17th pick of the 2nd round. I'd also take Moncrief earlier at the Freeman pick, because I doubt he'd be there even by pick #15, much less pick #20. I like Mettenberger, I'm just not sure he's a fit for the WCO.

What's the saying "Garbage in, garbage out", best way to describe that simulator. Has failed to properly update the rankings.
