I don't think I've seen anyone really ask... I don't think it'll come to this for me.. but how do you think the morning commute would be on Thursday, jay? considering the snow is going to start say.. 2am in NYC. Complete disaster?

I tried to cancel my room here at Jonesboro but they asked 88 bucks. I decided not to sleep in Memphis and stay here. Locals suggested a good Steakhouse which I will try tonight. We shall see. I will be back next month so I will try your suggestion.

feel real good about the forecast..considering..by NYC and EDIT..EAST..NOT WEST... is starting to bother me with the latest models...much time for change because its only temps..but the commute should be a disaster..real hard.

I dont know..models are coming in warmer and warmer for the coast...does it trend back east...storm track? If not..this could be a problem..and NW Jersey is jackpot along with poconos on north...mixing could be an issue along 95.

I dont know..I just have a hard time with that kind of adjustment...lets see if it adjusts back tonight.

Still...nothing has changed with the strength...this is a monster.

Maybe a little lower cbg...but again..tough call. The storm really gets cranking just past Charlotte..but a lower bomb out point and yes..those number seem very good..down there.

You guys know...know..how much I love this stuff..and to all the guys here that love it like I do...Im sorry...but I have had it..lol. I get it bud..totally.

I mean, if you truly do not love this stuff..wow...this has to be torture. If you hated dog shit..and you had to go clean it off your car..shovel it..watch if fall from the sky...brown I would think...I get it.

For those that get over a foot...can you imagine? Im not sure about everyone else but my driveway..just to the sides...where my snowblower has been dumping stuff has almost 3 feet..and then it levels off at around 18 inches. There has been no melting..the 3 inches we received Sunday? Is still on top of the 2 inches of ice..and the 16 inches of snow under that.

I get it guys..really do. Nobody loves tracking it..watching it fall..heavy..more than I do..and as soon as it starts to taper off...IM like what the f#$##? Was that worth it?

    I get it..totally.

By around march 15th this will all be gone...thats how fast it melts once you get that march sun and 50s. It will be gone...unless we get another storm around presidents day...ooops.

GD..your area is a concern...no doubt about it. If anywhere I will bust, it will be coastal jersey..nyc..and EAST.

Still, lets see where we are after tonight's runs.

York, Lancaster and Berks Counties are completely out of salt for general consumption. I went to both Lowes and Home Depot and had to get that Salt for Water softening. It softens but I heard it messes up concrete so I had to make a choice. Either that salt or none at all so I'm gonna take my chances with the salt.

PennDOT is running on fumes as well when it comes to salt and funding. Good thing there's no hard freeze after this and the days are getting longer.
