With either Vick or Martin, the Jets would be facing a public relations nightmare. Some fans would react more negatively about Vick, though, I think. Then again, Martin would not be a fan favorite really...dunno how a lockerroom would receive him, either.

If the Jets want to compound the media circus, they should go after both. Why not? They bring this shit on themselves all the time...just a lightning rod for controversy. They should get as far away as they can from these type things, not actively seek them out. Who needs the distractions?

Look at what happened in effect when the Jets got Tebow, who didn't even do anything wrong.

Good call SG3. Incognito is a total redneck, we could start to stock the team with rednecks.

This has nothing to do with what has recently transpired with Martin, I would just rather have Vick because we need a vet QB who could push and perhaps mentor Geno. I rather go guard in the draft or FA especially considering Martin might not even want to play football anymore.

so youre the grammar police? (gave you a freebie there too shitbrick) thats how you want to discredit the truth about martin? using the tactics of a child? its a message board not the new york times. you can get the message from the post without it being proofread like a term paper. grow up chief.

as far as the choice of word there, grow a pair. that word is a word to describe slow and simple minded ways. it was not intended to make fun of those who have special needs. if you wanna take it there go ahead, but thats your problem, and furthermore shows you are just looking to start trouble. to condemn vick at this point, after serving his time and losing everything, and then proving that he can be a great teammate (look at the foles situation and how that went in philly. and the cooper incident for that matter. he handled both of those perfectly.), is just dumb.

martin on the otherhand, singlehandedly sunk a teams entire season bc he is simply not fit for the league. he is not thick skinned enough, or has other issues that need to be dealt with before he resumes his career.

and the bottom line, from a pure football standpoint, martin is a backup. vick, when healthy (and yes i know that is key), can still play ball at a high level.
couple that with the fact that he already knows our offense inside and out (morningwheg revived his career after the incident), its really a no brainer.

Since you brought him up, would you like to reconsider in light of today's report?

First Mike Vick would want good money. And expect to start. And basically last season he was a beaten player. The injuries took their toll. We could use an ok OL over Vick.

I'd delete this piece of shit post before you look any more stupid than you already do.
With all the news coming out now from the investigation your post couldn't be further from the truth it seems.

I remember being in a chatroom where we could ask Bart Scott questions. I asked him who the dirtiest player in the league was? Without hestitating, he replied Richie Incognito. Glad to see the truth about all this coming out.

Funny, I didn't see him as an option in the poll. You might want to visit an eye doctor.
