if they can afford a private plane they should take a helicopter to the meadowlands.

Train scheds aren't perfect but what is? sitting in your car for an extra hour or more? worried about whether a football is going to break a car window? or if some idiot leaves a bottle on the ground and gives you a flat tire?

Let me make this clear for you. Most of us can't pay for a private jet or helicopter.

The train combination can't get tens of thousands of ticket holders to the stadium and back home in the same day. Most of us are not so paranoid to be so concerned about flying footballs or rolling bottles to let it affect our lives so much. Have you ever seen a football break a car window anyway?

where do you live that you can't take a train into the City w/in an hour-hour and 1/2? are you underwater on the eastern shore of LI? so you are happier driving to the meadowlands? I don't get it?

Yes, I have seen footballs break windows and dent cars, luckily not mine.

MetLife Stadium is the most underwhelming butt ugly non-descript crappy looking stadium I've ever seen given the cost. Just awful. The architects that designed it must have been guffawing when it was chosen as the winner. I still can't believe the powers that be chose that design, it's beyond mind-boggling. Chaps my ass every time I walk up to my gate. Driving past it makes me throw up in my mouth a little bit each time.

The West Side Stadium was a gorgeous design. Great.

The West Side Stadium was in an incredible location. Great.

The West Side Stadium would have been a world class entertainment facility with the ability to draw the greatest of concerts and sporting events. Great.

    There you go. Three greats.

I already stated - I live on eastern Long Island. No, not at all happy driving to Deathlife, that's why I told you about people who made a round trip to Miami in less time. That's why I firmly believe the Jets sold their soul and identity when they moved to New Jersey and remortgaged them when they went all in with the Giants instead of moving back to Flushing.

The train combination certainly can get tens of thousands to the stadium and back on game day. It gets tens of thousands into and out of NYC on work days with no problem.

The Port Authority, MTA and NJ Transit will clearly be on a priority rush schedule on Super Bowl Sunday. They'll probably have more trains running in the 2 hours before the game and the 2 hours after than they do during a normal rush hour.

Nobody wants to do anything that is going to dissuade the NFL from having another MetLife Super Bowl. The mass transit to the stadium is going to be as good as they can make it on the day.

Went to a closing dinner at Sparks tonite and the transit from NJ was flawless and the police presence was conspicuous. They were all over the place.

The powers that be are making this as safe as possible it appears.

Going to Rao's Thursday nite, assuming it will be more of the same.

Brady better kiss BB's feet when he retires.. Tom Brady is the most overrated HOF player in SPORTS if u ask me. Yes i hate the pats but be real.. the guy was in the right place atthe right time. Tom Brady played alot of good games dont get me wrong.. but he is replaceable and other QB's could have done it. I look at the missed call Charles Woodson still complains about... adam vinetari kicking through blizzards.. We all remember Matt Cassel took them to the playoffs and even made the pro-bowl and could barely even win a game (or play in one) after he left there. I think Brady would be below average on alot of other teams. When teams get brady pressure (like Us) he plays like poop and starts throwing at their feet. i hate him. i hate his stupid blind fans. they bitched all season about how he has no weapons and this and that.. hello.. your a HALL OF FAME QB right? Make your own god damn weapons.. Geno has no weapons as a rook and almost outplayed and beat em twice. ol' "Dive at the ground everytime somebody lays a finger on you" ass bum! His superbowl years they didnt havent anywere as good as an offense they did in these recent years.. Brady never won a ring with weapons. I hate the excuses . AND I HATE THE P A T R I O T S

The bolded is flat out incorrect and the rest is poor analysis. You could have just said "I hate the Patriots so I'm trying to diminish Brady's accomplishments" and that would be ok with me
