Hopefully not. But with how sensitive people have become, nothing would surprise me.

I worked for Local 40 Iron Workers for awhile (same one as the TV show). I worked with a lot of American Indians, you know all were big hockey fans and players. They also smoked more bud then the Jamaican welders.

The Blackhawks are actually named after a certain Chief Black Hawk. It's really no different than the Auburn Doubledays but people bitch and moan about everything these days.

Rangers just dont match up well with these speed teams..and that team is speed. Wow. They transition from d to o so fast....very solid win. Nice to see Hank breaking that at least 3 goals a game thingy too. Seems like slowly but surely he is coming around.

Will take it...and I dont know..just missing that big guy up front that looks like Nash but actually hits and can score 15 to 20.

Was looking at a stats for the season in hockey and studying the top 40 in each category...i then hit "hits" and the numbers from last year as expected are down for the Rangers...I then hit the HIT button to reverse order and saw something that blew my mind..this was about a week ago...Nash had been credited so far this year..get ready for this number..with 3 hits all year...3.

I just dont know how that works come playoff hockey.

    Rick Nash..before today:

    G A Pts +/- PIM Hits
    9 9 18 -2 15 5

copy pasted it but you get the drift..can you imagine that? And jonny says he is so tough.

Sorry MR...i dont read through the posts and I should. I mean its easy to see the guy hits no one. I was shocked when I saw that. If you told me 20 hits I would be shocked. Nice pick up...sorry I missed it. I would have freaked out 3 weeks earlier.

It was a nice goal..very nice goal. Lets face it, he is one of the few that can create by himself on this roster. Just seems like he is a regular season guy that would be much easier to contain in playoff hockey? Hopefully we find out.

Last night my son text me, I just brought AV the game stats and Sather and Dolan were in his office, they called JT Miller in and brought him into the video room, he thought sent down or trade, just sent down. Cally has been flying since he came back, what bugs me is I'll watch Callys shift and count 3 hits on almost every shift and he finishes the game with 4 hits, total BS...Nash played more physical last night, my son and I were laughing at that one shift Delzaster had in the 3rd period where he gave the puck away 3 times...

Rangers look like they're finally firing on all cylinders. That and if Hank looks as well as he did last night, they'll be fine. This is also the best I can ever remember their power play looking.

Certainly better than any Torts PP I can remember. Maybe he was more focused on banishing Kreider to the healthy scratch list or Hartford as punishment for not playing in a strait jacket.

Seriously though what I see is the beginning of a forecheck we haven't seen since 1994

Brassard is playing well. I like him.

We still are about 2 Kreider/Nash type level players from really competing.

Can't believe no one on the team is at least at PPG level.

But they have looked better. The puck passing is a lot better thank God.

The Rangers very quietly have the 6th best power play in the NHL.
