What stinks for CAR is that it might have led to SF 3 points by calling it and it might turn 3 SF points into 7 by not calling.

 

The league has to do something about the refs. The calls and non-calls just don't make any sense.

If his toe drags, it's a TD. If if his foot planted, that's incomplete. Since it looks like he dragged, should be a TD

 

if it's a TD the penalty is basically meaningless
