I will take an average or even below average quarterback in the regular season who raises his game in the playoffs over a better than average quarterback in the regular season who plays like crap. If you doubt me check out the newspapers from the losing teams and see what their fans are saying about their quarterbacks...Cindy fans detest Dalton....Stafford is saved by playing in a bankrupt city....Bradford and the others play in MLB cities.
I said if the Bengals lose this then Lewis is getting fired but honestly wtf do you do, Daltons level of play has completely dropped off in the playoffs for a 3rd straight year. Im glad im not a Bengals fan TBH.
It is very similar. Especially this 3rd and two coming up, reminds me of the 3rd and 2 when Sanchez hit Keller to take the lead 10-7.
Excpet your Sanchez is not an average QB, not even a below average QB, he is the bottom of the barrel regular season QB which will more often than not, not even get you in the playoffs. We bareley made the playoffs with a top tier running game and defense because the QB play was so bad, but you can only dip that well so many times.
Cincy defense is keeping them in the game, but Dalton needs to get his head out of his rear right now for them to have a chance.
Dalton the last two weeks has been brutal They beat the Ravens in spite of him and now he's costing them this game.
Chargers really starting to look like a complete team. They have a defense, pass game, run game. The Bengals did not lose a single game in Cincy, this is impressive what San Diego is doing right now. Im not shocked but props to SD so far.
