Impressive dive for Jackson results in the 1st-and-goal (it was PI, but I think it was the dive that drew the flag).
Man it's great for exciting games, but it kind of stinks that both games changed once the starting cornerbacks got injured for the Chiefs and Saints
This is such a balancing act for coaches. You want to score if you are NO but you want to score with 0 seconds left. If your PHI, you have to be tempted to let them score a TD if they convert their 3rd and 1.
Now it gets interesting. Saints 3 runs and 0 first downs could take ~1:20 off the 2 minutes remaining and kick a FG to go up 2 with ~35 left.
Terrible start for PHI letting up 5 yards. Also there is too much room to try and let NO to score, because if you let them get past your LBs/safeties on the ground ,they can easily fall down at the 1. IF NO was closer to the EZ, you could push/pull them into the EZ
Saints also executed perfectly. Multiple 3rd and inches and got them with one of the most if not most effective way to convert them, QB sneaks
