Prophetic, but not the narrative. The narrative was about one college QB playing against college players as compared to another college QB playing against college players. Geno in college. Teddy in college. Making any type of comparison between Geno playing against the Patriots or Pittsburgh or Cinncy and Teddy playing against Syracuse or South Florida or UConn is silly. But that wasn't the narrative. _
Thankfully somebody else will get the undersized beater of Division III quality competition and we'll just have to muddle along with Geno Smith, 40+million in cap space and 12 draft picks
I know you know the Big East is in NCAA Division I and you also know he just destroyed Miami out of the NCAA Division I ACC (a game you did not see) but thanks for trolling sg3. Keep up your maniacal trolling. It serves you well. _
Do u just say the same thing over and over again? If its not serious then why do you sound invested in it.go give ur mother a hand with ur laundry that's not fair to her
My Mom died 3 years ago last month. Thanks for reminding me asshole. What next, wife/kid/grandparent jokes? Go fuck yourself jerkoff. It's the Internet, no need for mother jokes. _
It's exactly because we've heard of Doug Flutie and Drew Brees that we're not sure where Teddy Bridgewater will end up. I tend to think he's going to be defined by the situation he's put in. If he winds up in Houston playing with the retractable dome and with Andre Johnson and company with that strong defense I think he could be a real star. If he winds up in Jacksonville I think he could be just another guy in a bad situation and not prospering due to that.
There is no way the Jets draft a QB in the second round. They have too many needs to waste an early pick like that. And if the Jets pick McCarron, I'll scream. He was a game manager college QB on an Alabama team that was so physically superior to its opponents it made his job ridiculously easy. He was never ever under pressure and played defenses that were outmanned and were usually playing to stop the run.
Bridgewater will be taken 1/2 this year. Jets will be picking around 15. Trading multiple 1st rounders and multiple mid round selections would be a bad move. What is the point of this?
The point of this is to complain about the Jets in yet another way that cannot be remedied. It's a great way to whine basically. Screw Teddy Bridgewater. I want Drew Brees. Same thing.
Read the entire thread. It seems the point is that this is the Internet and you can talk about whatever you want, no matter how unlikely or ridiculous it is.
I guess you never knew that Flutie only had two season in his entire career where he played a full season as a starter and only 3 total where he made double digit games? I guess you don't realize that Drew Brees is 3 inches shorter and 10 lbs heavier. Not to mention he is the rarity.
