Mo Wilkerson should have been on there. A clear snub.

Other than him, I'm not sure anyone on the Jets should have made it.

The Jets drafted 2 or 3 pro bowl caliber players from 2005 to 2010. That's going to leave you with very few pro bowlers from 2008 to 2013, which is where the Jets have been and are right now.

The scene should get a little bit better moving forward but the Jets need to continue hitting on picks or they'll have Mo Wilk, Sheldon Richardson and maybe Nick Mangold over the next 6 years.

You could write a book on what the Jets did from 2006 to 2010 to try to win a Super Bowl and why nobody including the Jets has ever made that strategy work.

If the Jets just hit on the Gholston pick.... Oh well, they had a great, fun run for us in 2009,2010 but now the other side of coin has been here the last few years.

    Terry Bradway: the unfire-able one.

So Bradway is only responsible for busts like Jon McGraw, Dewayne Robertson, Vernon Gholston, Sanchez, Vlad, and Stephen Hill?

But all the good picks were made by someone else ? You guys are funny.

On another note why are you rooting for a team that brings you so much pain? Go root for the Patriots or Packers.

Pro Bowl doesnt mean jack shit come one. Didnt like the Chiefs have the most players and they won 2 games last year?

Successful scheme is more important than talent level.

Every team has talent, lets not act like there are starters that in this league that wouldnt even make it as a backup somewhere else. Every single starter in the NFL would at least make the roster on one another team. This isnt baseball where you have guys playing for teams that wouldnt even make a AAA squad of another team.

    Means nothing

Wilkerson, Harrison, and Richardson are all pro bowl caliber players. They didn't get in. Who cares. Less of a chance they get injured.

Cromartie, Ferguson, and Mangold are pro bowl caliber players as well. Although they didnt play like it this year.

Are we ready to give Eric Mangini some talent evaluation credit now? When he was here we had very good drafts. People seem to solely blame him for Gholston and ignore the other good finds he had. Tannenbaum's success rate in the draft dwindled after he left.

I don't think bradway is the problem, or are we going to give Rex all the credit for the defensive players we selected that are good and not bradway?

Personally while the players miss out on additional bonus money for making the pro bowl, I'm glad Wilkerson is not going, I don't want him getting hurt in a meaningless game.

It's never one guy making all the picks, so blame can't be placed in one direction. There's been some good picks, but overall, since 2001, our drafts have failed to land quality talent. Terry Bradway is the constant. Herm, Tannenbaum, Mangini, Rex have all had input but you have to look at who's always been there for the flops. Bradway. Guy should be canned.

Is it not better to be selected then not be selected? It surely reflects that talent level presently of the NYJ roster. It is like saying shucks so the Eagles & Lions never won a SB so it is OK for the NYJs up to the present moment to be total losers for the last 44 years right?
