What a Gutless move by this coach, benching Lundqvist in the first period. How about benching some of these "Defense"men on this team? The goal Talbot gave up was softer than any other goal Lundqvist gave up!
AV replaced Mario Tremblay in Montreal, who was ruined by the Patrick Roy incident where he let him hang out to dry. AV watched & learned and is never going to do that to Lundqvist, he's going to protect his star goalie

They cant even satisfy me with this move...ahh....bullshit thrilled to death with any move for toughness. Im just never crazy about having defenseman as your tough guy...thats a hard responsibility.
Sorry Joe..didnt see this...and as poster right behind this said..the "shoot the puck barrys" were classics...classics. The whistle was the best...my buddys and me would always copy the shoot the puck line all the time when watching the game.
