In what world does a GM get evaluated after 12 games? Idzik has next year to build the team, and another year to put the plan in motion. This is laughable, he isnt going anywhere until at least the conclusion of the 2015 season. LOL at anyone evaluating him already. Such nonsense.

We do not have one single solid starter on offense. Not one. WRs = Garbage TEs = Garbage O-line = Garbage RBs = Mediocre QB = Garbage Don't think I forgot anyone.
The big issue here is Rex Ryan. I am a huge fan and supporter of his but if we draft another Rookie QB and head into another season starting a rookie, how can this guy survive? we wont produce a winning season imo with a rookie QB in 2014, its just to difficult. Glad im just a fan because this is tough stuff.
this has been covered alot but i will go over it again. scouts have contracts that expire just after the draft. so assuming idz wanted to scrap the dept right after he got hired, not that that is a good idea considering how little time he would have to put one together, all other nfl scouts are under contract and have been scouting all fall for the draft. owners are not going to let those guys out of their contracts to go to another team with all the info they had been collecting . as to the o.p. dominant dlineman are not a luxury and you can't have too many. and drafting by need in the top of the draft raises the chances of drafting bust. you can't force the draft, you take what it gives you and try to plug leftover holes with street f.a.'s and cuts
