And this is what it looks like for a team to quit on a coach...if you ever wondered what it looks like...this is it. I like Rex..no..I really like the guy..but he is DC..period. And not a very good one when it comes to evaluating secondary talent.
oh no, that poor defense can't hold anymore, fish fans cheering louder than home fans, not a good day in NJ - no hope until next week
On another note, how the FUCK is Terry Bradway still employed by this team? He's still heavily involved in the scouting of the players that have been drafted lately, why?
gah and now it looks like NE are going to win to top it all off - man what it must be like to follow a team with a great QB that makes everyone around him look better than they are - sadly as a Jets fan I have never managed to experience that feeling
Everyone tries to find 1 reason why they suck. Bottom line is team has lots of holes. Offensive line, cornerback wide reciever, tight end, safety. Poor coaching for the last 3 games. There doesn't have to be one reason. Geno sucking doesn't happen because of the o-line or recievers sucking it can be a combination of all 3 being bad. Bottom line need a new offensive minded coach, new scouts and another 2 drafts in order to improve. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 2
People are blaming him for everything. They blame him for terrible OL play, they blame him for dropped passes, they blame him for missed tackles. The coach can only do so much. This isn't madden. He isn't missing tackles himself. Both Miami TDs could of been avoided had the players made tackles. It's not like he's calling bad plays. Everyone knows he's a defensive minded guy, so he gives the keys to a "proven" OC. That OC has now called a handful of terrible games, yet people blame Rex.
Brady looked terrible the beginning of the year without his WR. In fact, you could argue Geno outplayed him the 2nd game
They really are. Jets, Giants, Yankees, Mets, Rangers, Islanders, Knicks, And Nets.......All FUCKING SUCK
The front 7 played a hell of a game, even gassed they are still trying to hold. Rex and the entire rest of the team should be ashamed of themselves.
They all combined haven't been this bad since the 60s, not one of them are making the playoffs, unbelievable for the largest sports market in the world. And to make it worse Boston is like title town USA lately.
The problem with drafting a TE and WR next year is its unlikely they would make much of an impact in year 1. We need to sign some FAs as well as draft skill position players. But all that does not fix our OL protection problems that have plagued as all year.
