This is a good theory. It does appear like he's coasting out there. Don't forget the knockout he took in Tennessee too. That's three big hits and he's been M.I.A. ever since.

Last week in Buffalo, I thought he could've had that one long ball. I didn't have the best view but it looked like he could've dove for it. Instead he just coasted towards it and stuck an arm out.

It's possible you are right and he is afraid of contact. If that's the case, then they might as well bench him. He wasn't a good receiver before and now he's tentative out there.

I cant remember the game BN. It was a win..and it was a clutch 3rd down catch he made for a first down? It was a clutch play and he caught the ball and went into the fetal position...just past the first down marker. They called a timeout right after the play so he did it not to stop the clock. I really do not know if he has made 1 or 2 catches since then.

All I know is this kid is quiet..and you just wonder if he sees the stuff about guy with many concussions and what its done to them years later? You wonder if those hits have played with his head where he is now..dead in the water. That hit against the Bucs..man oh man..that was brutal.

I really do believe there is something to this.

He got absolutely crushed by Palamalu in that Steelers game.

My biggest problem with hill is that he never uses his hands. He has to have everything drop in perfectly where he doesn't even have to extend his arms. How many balls have we seen hit him in the numbers and bounce off his chest?

If Hill is afraid of contact, they might as well cut him. He might be ruined as he'll always be hearing the footsteps. His next big hit just might be the last big hit he'll take. He'll be fine on sideline patterns but no going over the middle.

Remember David Wright after the beanball?

Hill had a cameo as a decoy late in the game. The Raven defender abandoned Hill even before the pass was thrown. I guess there's absolutely no respect for Stephanie Hill no matter who we play against.

Seriously the amount of high draft picks that are either busts or completely inaffective over the past 2-3 years is crazy.

    Where was Hill?

Where was Holmes, Nelson, Brick, Winters, Mangold, Colon, Howard, Geno?? Seemed like nobody showed up today.
